GM LT4 Intake Manifold VS Edelbrock LT4 Air Gap

Having a traditional LT4 intake manifold side by side with the Edelbrock LT4 Air Gap reveals a lot in terms of design. For example the inlet holes on the air gap are much larger. The air gap design not only allows for a cooler air charge due to better heat dissipation, but it also makes for an aggressive intake runner angle.

The Edelbrock LT4 air gap intake also has CNC work done to the runners, which just happen to fit like a glove to the Edelbrock LT4 heads.

Leave it to Edelbrock to take something good and make it a little better!
