I don’t know... Maybe you should e-mail the owner Frank @ Benzworld.org and ask him what he was thinking. Doesn’t he drive one of them luxo-barge's? I think the vette was hosing because the pull on the Benz was just way to awesome to be natural but then again the GM 350’s have and always will be a force to be reckoned with on the street.

What is a goped? Is that one of them things that Gauge was riding in his profile? Sort of like a motorized scooter?

That corvette did not even look like it was really trying. Looked like just a casual run thru the gears. What was that guy in the Mercedas thinking!

The R means nothing.

A stock S500 puts out around 100 horsepower less than a plain old C-06 vette, and weighs more than 1500 pounds more!

I myself think the guy driving the Mercedes must have been drinking a martini while racing and did not wish to spill it.

Then agian that Corvette does sound anything but stock. Perhaps a gear and a little NOS are the reasons for such a devistating defeat.

Might anyone in here have a video of an SLR VS the newer Corvette ZR1?

Ill look around myself.
