Mandatory vaccinations bill in Massachusetts? With $1000 Fines and Jail time!?

Well if this inst scarry I dont know what is!?

Seems according to this web article that Massachusetts is trying to pass a bill that requires vaccinations and makes people give themselfs up in the event they get sick. The fine if they do not? $1000 PER DAY and jail time!

NaturalNews Article - http://www.naturalnews.com/026934_health_public_health_quarantine.html

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(NaturalNews) The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the "Pandemic Response Bill" 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone "suspected" of being infected to submit to interrogations, "decontaminations" and vaccines.

It's also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. You can read the text yourself here: http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/sen...

Here's some of the language contained in the bill:

(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)

During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority... may exercise authority... to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;

(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)

...an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]

(Government price controls)

The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.

"Involuntary Transportation" (also known as kidnapping)

Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.

$1,000 / day in fines

Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance
poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.

Forced vaccinations

Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease...

Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If they get this passed you can only wonder what states will be next.

This is the kind of headlines you will see under a Democratic Administration.

PowerStroker loves being told what to do, and how to do it! After all he works for the dealer! And shit, Fords UAW is pro Democrat because they knew that Obama would crush GM and Chrysler, giving them to the union.

Imagine the irony of that... All these years the Union has been around to protect the workers of the company. How does that work now since the union owns most of GM and Chrysler? Who is going to protect the workers from the Union?

LOL!!! TOTAL FUCKING JOKE!

I have no problem with a law that mandates someone to purchase health insurance if it solves an economic problem for the country, but to force someone to get a medical procedure is going too far.

I actually agree with you that forced vaccinations is a violation of our rights. I hope this bill fails.

Thats what I am saying! Where will it STOP?

Once the government has the "Monopoly" on healthcare they can then implement such things. The new word for tax will be replaced with "Fine".

You were just talking about how Mass. passed this in a diffrent reply. Talking about how Mass. was going to set the standard for the other 49 States. I told you then it was insane, and I will agree with you now, THIS IS INSANE!

I was referring to Massachusetts having an individual mandate for citizens to purchase some basic health insurance, and how that has survived several Constitutional challenges already.  This individual mandate was actually supported and signed in to law by MITT ROMNEY when he was governor.

To mandate an actual treatment for someone who is not incarcerated is something that would probably not survive a Constitutional challenge, and I happen to think it's a bad idea anyway with a few exceptions ie:  I would have no problem if a convicted serial sex offender has mandatory castration.  I would have no problem if the state intervenes in cases where religious parents deny modern medical care to their children based on their beliefs when the lives of those children are at stake.

Other than that we should be free to choose what medical treatments we receive so long as a Doc is willing to perform it.

I am very supprised that Romney would sign something like that.

He was my guy for President before he stepped asside for McCain. I think Romney would have given Obama a run for his money. He had some good ad's. We didnt really get to see him in any serious debates though, but I am sure we havent seen the last of him.

I think I get too worked up over this shit sometimes, but when I hear about the kind of shit they "Try" to float by, I really start to wonder WTF. They just need to send these ideas back with instructions not to return without an effing clue.

Just because he's a liberal black dude doesn't mean he's out to ruin your life Rex, hell he may even do some real good for this country.  All I ask is that you make your decisions based on facts and research, and not condemn something you don't fully understand yet based on which party came up with the idea, or by listening to Rush or Fox "News."

I can count on one hand the amount of times I have watched Rush or Fox. Two of them I wrote about in here!

As for the facts, well thats something that is kept from you even, so dont try and act like you are getting better info then me, because its all coming from the same place.

The fact that Obama is black makes no diffrence to me. The fact that he is a liberal doesnt seem to bother me much, other than the fact he likes to be liberal with other peoples money.

You shoud move to Mass. and fix cars there. They seem to be your kind of people.

I'd love to move but I find myself upside down in my house thanks to the economic collapse of the prior administration.
