And the POTUS's that tried to do so were removed from office, or murdered by a greedy cartel of people, likely the Banks via CIA activity. Eisenhower, JFK, Nixon, Ford, Carter, & even Bush-senior along with President Gorbachev of Russia tried to disclose this information, but were stopped by various means, as outlined in the Greer films, & backed-up by countless witnesses & military folk, & constitutional attorney's.

Russia too, has had much ET interaction, & crashes, & has also likely developed these technologies, & possibly a relationship with the ET's themselves...This is a chance for Russia to lead the way in releasing these technologies to liberate our planet from environmental pollution, & banking cartel strangle-holds of the few that continue to destroy the planet via dinosaur means of energy generation...

I find it odd how it was $2 billion by April 4th, and now Russia having pushed thru almost a half billion dollars it's somehow satisfied? 

Did I just misunderstand something? Or are there other payments that total $2 billion?

Anyway, it don't look when Putin pays his debts, at least from the standpoint that he's gone crazy... although that depends who you ask, while he is sending us cash, the people in Ukraine are still being slaughtered! 

Now he's talking about cutting off gas to Europe if they don't pay in rubles! I mean, I get it... if the money you're being paid for something is seized due to sanctions, then perhaps instead of trying to look good paying his interest (because he is cheating the market) maybe he could just finish up in Ukraine and agree to rebuild everything he has destroyed? There is no way he is going to fix all the lives lost, on both sides! I think that damage is done, and Putin isn't going to be able to take that back... Rastus might have been right when he said Russia will turn Ukraine into the Gaza Strip, but I'd take it one step further in saying that Ukrainians are going to hate Russians as much as the Palestinians hate Israel!

I have been following this development since the ship was on fire in the black sea... some say it was a missle from Ukrainian forces and others say Russia had an explosion in the ammunition room... in either case it's currently sitting at the bottom of the Black Sea if anyone want's to find out! I am also unsure why these credit agencies are dragging their feet to report Russia in Default! They are trying to pay in Rubles, but since I don't do ANY business with Russia, I don't want no damn Rubles! The contract was clear! USD! They paid in Rubles! That is a default! We should not have to wait until May 4th for a late payment! They defaulted the moment they tendered payment in Rubles, IMHO.
