Does anyone in here feel that illegal immigration should be tolerated? That people who fail to produce valid ID should be questioned as to who they are?
I mean I am pretty sure that driving without a licence is not tolerated, and if you run around with no money you can be cited for vegrancy, so what is this big deal with Arizona's new law that is aimed at the people whom arent supposed to be here? It's not like Arizona has signed into law something that will effect every American like Obama did with healthcare... Are we to take better care of the illegals than of our own? I mean really? Illegals here wont be forced to pay a fine for not having insurance, and now they want immunity from having to produce identification? Screw that!

First off, Federal election laws trump any limp dick Arizona political posturing that may ensue.
Second, If the Arizona law is signed into law by their Governor, it's bound to be struck down almost immediately by the Arizona supreme court for being unconstitutional... At least the Republicans will look good to their base for trying though, which is all this is about anyway.
Third, As a Republican yourself... A man who believes in the notion that the less government intervention we have in our lives the better. Do you really want your taxes raised for the purpose of giving the police department an expensive additional responsibility of racial profiling??? If so, keep in mind that those Socialist European countries require passports just to check into a hotel. This law moves us in that direction - a direction opposite of what you have always seemed to stand for Rex.

This new law will NOT effect an American citizen, regardless what color they are. It will however effect people who SHOULD NOT BE HERE.
According to you and Obama we should just look the other way when it comes to illegals for fear of a profiling lawsit... I got news for you... If they are a citizen there shouldnt be a problem producing identification, if they arent, they get a free ride home until they get some identification/papers.

Ummm... It's not a street sweep PowerStroker! Anyone driving a vehicle who may be speeding, or anything else considered to be a traffic offence will be pulled over. It would be a good idea to have a license while driving on public roadways. Quit being stupid PowerStroker! If you or I were pulled over and didn't have ID then even we would be harrassed plus we would still have to give them a name and address and it better match whats in the computer, even then we will still be ticketed for not having ID. Why should some fucking illegal get special consideration to privacy when being pulled over? If they dont need ID then why should anyone else? Why even keep records? PowerStroker I am a natural born American and actually my wife's heritage traces back to a native American tribe. The people that were here back in the early and mid 1700's are all dead. Same with the ones from 1800's. The ones born here in the 1900's and 2000's are natural Americans with as much right to be here as the natural born native Americans.
Undocumented immigrants cause a myrad of problems. Some of them here for the sole reason of hurting this country. My problems are more with the fact that it would be no diffrent for me if I went to another country looking to take up residency. I would be a minority, and my citizenship would have to be established or I would be deported back to the USA.
