NYT: U.S. said to order secret military action

Unlike covert actions undertaken by the C.I.A., such clandestine activity does not require the presidents approval or regular reports to Congress, although Pentagon officials have said that any significant ventures are cleared through the National Security Council. Special Operations troops have already been sent into a small number of countries to carry out limited surveillance and reconnaissance missions, including operations to gather intelligence about airstrips, bridges and beaches that might be needed for an offensive.

Nobel Peace prize anyone? Perhaps the government has created a fresh batch of Jason Bourne type troops!?

So you give President Obama a hard time for using special ops, but if he didn't you'd accuse him of being soft on terror.

Exactly what can he do that you would approve of Rex?

Well I am sure many would be willing to accept his letter of resignation. After that healthcare scam his party pulled on the American public many feel the same.
