I mean what if a passenger wants to use the phone?

And as usual I am sure government vehicles both federal and state will be exempt.

This REALLY pisses me off! Much like how we are being FORCED to buy a product such as insurance, new car owners will be FORCED to refrain from using their cell phones in a car THEY paid for!

How would you feel if this was your wife?

Watching the video made me SICK. It reminded me of how things seem to work when fat ugly people are given an ounce of authority. Clearly the woman in the video was treated unfairly. Put in a glass cage for the entire airport to draw conclusions. Asked to perform ridiculous request, and a great deal of the footage is missing.

While I do not need to fly for work, I don't have to be subjected to this sort of abuse. I truly feel bad for the people who are. It has been the PASSENGERS who have thwarted the terrorist attempts since 9/11, and not so much the TSA abuse dished out to the passengers trying to board. For every person who speaks up about this, there are two more that will remain silent and just stay home or drive. I hope it bankrupts the airlines over time.

Another example of Big Government in action. While I have said many times that airplanes seem to be the cornerstone of terrorist world wide, it's quite clear to see what happens when the government itself is Hi-Jacked by terrorist.

If Bush hadn't failed to act when warned in advance of 911, I don't think we would be over-compensating now.

You guys are all worried about terrorists, but when it comes to dealing with the extra security you can't seem to live without, you get all upset.

You don't feel that the little glass box they have is somewhat "Hitlerish"?

There are other videos, and many stories of people getting gate-raped out there PowerStroker. And let's be honest, you don't think the bad guys will figure out that they just have to find another airport if they want to bypass all this security? You are aware PowerStroker that only a small hand-full of MAJOR air-ports have this new level of security? Then there is the fact that if a terrorist is willing to give up his life to bring down a plane, don't you think he would be willing to carry the bomb inside his body? None of these backscatter X-ray units, nor the aggressive gate rape pat downs are going to find something like that.

Seems like a lot of people are being put thru hell just because they want to get on an airplane. Everyone knows that if the 9/11 planes had the new modern re-enfocred cockpit doors, along with the current "In Flight" policy of today, that none of that would have even happened! Let's not forget the terrorist did not blow up the planes, they hi-jacked them, took control and then flew them into their targets. That is something that would have NEVER happened unless the pilots of said planes weren't letting their guard down. Even still the passengers of one flight were able to re-gain control and bring one of the planes down, at the expense of their own lives!

How about the shoe or underwear bombers? Did TSA prevent these people from getting on a plane? NO! It was the passengers who snuffed these bad guys, NOT TSA.

With regards to the photo PowerStroker, I think I have found my new Avatar. Do your recall the last one with Bush and Saddam at a tail gate party? LOL

Yeah, I agree completely. Unless they plan to give everyone who boards an airplane a complete cavity search too, all of this is just theatre.

Again, I agree. Even in Israel they don't have this kind of stupidity, they have reinforced cockpit doors, and they have since long before 911. American airlines didn't do it until afterward. The big corporate boys didn't want to spend the money on reinforced doors because it would cut into their profits... But they had no shortage of cash to throw at the politicians who were more than happy to not sufficiently regulate their industry with "big government." OOPS, why is it we insist on learning things the hard way with a major tragedy instead of placing some common sense regulations on corporations from the beginning?

Yes, and though George Jr probably never hung out with Saddam in a friendly way, his daddy did, And his grandpa was buddies with Hitler.

Well I am glad we agree on some things, however I would be very interested in seeing some proof that shows that Bush's grandfather was "Buddies" with Hitler, as that does sound like bullshit propaganda.

I am well aware that Bush Sr. worked with Saddam back in the day, but you can not fault him for trying to work with him. Much like how Obama is trying to work with Afganistan and other nations, Bush Sr. was doing the same thing with Saddam. The relationship took a turn for the worst when Saddam bit the hand that was feeding him, and the same thing could happen to Obama. Do you understand what I am getting at?
