In a lot of ways I feel the British PM may have a valid point. In this article-

The British PM claims that Under the doctrine of state multiculturalism, we have encouraged different cultures to live separate lives, apart from each other and the mainstream, and We have failed to provide a vision of society to which they feel they want to belong.

So basically what is happening in "Free" nations is that oppressed nationalities are moving from their socialist birthplaces only to congregate amongst themselves. Not only that, they fail to shed that which they have left home because of. What I and many others who welcome these people to our "Free" nation is why these people continue to come to our "Free" nation and attempt to create another version of the culture that they left? If their culture was indeed so great, then why didn't they just stay there? Why even bother to come here?

This problem is tearing apart many "Free" nations by creating religious and or national secs, rather than integration. It's a very valid point, and one that until now has all but been un-spoke of. I have to give the British PM credit for having the balls to speak up.
