I should also mention that I do not support government mandated examinations of ANY kind. I think government should stay out of heathcare except to regulate the providers of such care and the drug companies.
And when I say "regulate" Dr's I mean keeping track of folks who should not be practicing aka licencing.

State Senator Nina Turner, a Cleveland Democrat, has introduced a bill to require that physicians take specific actions before prescribing such drugs, including giving a cardiac stress test and making a referral to a sex therapist for confirmation that the patients symptoms are not solely attributable to one or more psychological conditions.
We want to make sure that men, vulnerable, fragile men, who are not capable of making decisions for themselves, understand all of the side effects and the implications of these types of drugs, Turner said in a telephone interview.
Her bill takes its place alongside similar efforts by Democratic lawmakers in states including Virginia (STOVA1), Georgia (STOGA1) and Missouri (STOMO1) in response to moves by Republican-controlled legislatures to limit abortions or oppose a federal requirement to include contraceptives in health-care plans.
A bill in Missouri would allow vasectomies only to protect a man from serious injury or death, according to the Associated Press, and in Virginia, which passed a bill requiring women to get an ultrasound before an abortion, state Senator Janet Howell sought an amendment requiring doctors to perform a rectal exam and stress test before prescribing erectile-dysfunction drugs.

Soooooooooo you're saying that you're disaspointed in your Republican party which campaigned on jobs, but spent the last 2 years trying to make abortions harder to get?
I should mention I am against abortion to begin with. I feel the morning after pill is okay but any whore who waits a month or two, then wants an abortion should be aborted herself.
Outside of rape, or other extenuating circumstances abortions SHOULD be harder to get. Then again in these circumstances a woman can act quickly to prevent such unwanted pregnancy with a simple pill. I dont feel that Government should be mandating anything, so I am torn on this issue, except to say that abortion is almost like murder when you have some clueless whore cum dumpster that cant seem to handle her business in a timely manner.

Virginia just passed a law that states any woman who wants an abortion must first undergo a medically un-necessary ultrasound first.
In response to the bill, a Democratic legislator there is introducing legislation that requires any man who wants a vasectomy to have to undergo a medically un-necessary rectal exam first.
Sounds to me like the Democrat is wasting time fucking around.

If I am forced to buy insurance Ill make damn sure I visit the ER once a week, just to run it up their arrogant asses! Try me, I got a wife and two kids. If they so much as skin their knee Ill be in that fucking ER looking for a band-aid.
If my kid coughs more than once in a day, Ill be in that ER. If my wife cuts her finger making dinner, Ill be in that ER looking for another bandaid.

Currently, what keeps people out of the ER is knowing they will be hounded for the bill. Under Dumbo's plan people will feel ENTITLED to vist the ER for things not emergency related. You and Obama are FOOLS!
Currently people visit the Emergency Room because it's an emergency! If you think ER waiting room times are bad now, wait until this BULLSHIT health care law takes hold! You will be waiting in lines that run clear out the door!

You see it's people like you and the government who want to mandate insurance and use deductibles to discourage people from making rightful claims.
It's no different than auto insurance requirements that basically take money from you for a service that really isn't worth a damn. I would imagine at some point heath insurance will be the same way, where they force you to pay so much per month for a policy that either (a) doesn't really cover you (b) isn't enough to cover a serious problem or (c) is filled with so much fine print that just about any claim will be denied or the deductible so high it would be counter productive to even file a claim.
Thats where it's heading! Pretty soon we will all be forced to pay for something that really isnt worth a fucking damn anyway, and to get a good policy will be so expensive that it's cost prohibitive.
FUCK THAT! And even still many people don't like to mess with paperwork and will just let their fines accumulate. People without an address, or people who are living between homes will ultimately go without which will lead to the exact same amount of expense for uninsured ER visits by the same kind of people that didn't have insurance in the first place. Meanwhile the insurance companies will be getting rich with the BS bare bone policies ordinary people will buy to prevent paying a fine while the government will get left holding the bag for pretty much the exact same amount of medical cost for the uninsured anyway.
It's just another way for insurance companies to get more money and leave the tax payer on the hook. It's a stupid fucking idea thought up by... You guessed it... A stupid administration. Just another mess waiting to happen, and by the time everything I have said comes to light O-dumbo will be out of office not giving a rats ass, while we are all stuck holding the bag.

How much longer can Obama prop up the economy? He's already mis-calculated the cost of his flawed health care law to the tune of $111 billion dollars, and there is widespread concern over the actual unemployment rate that really stands at 14.5 percent. It must be true because even MSNBC is reporting it.
Meanwhile I just sit back and laugh, because when the next correction swings around my debt to income level will still be Zero.
