I have selected "other" because my complaint deals with several different aspects of the "iTunes" platform.
For starters let me tell you your customer support is less than supportive. My complaint stems from the same issues I have been having all along with "iTunes" which includes the following problems
1) Very long delays in the sync process. People dont want to wait, just move the damn file already so people can get to where they have to go. You know what I am talking about.
2) This APSDameon application that starts with itunes eats up 99 percent of the CPU. I have to go in and kill that application or my computer lags, and this is been with every single update.
3) Stand behind your product! I purchased songs from itunes and I am missing my lady gaga "Bad Romance" entirely. I also am having problems with my Rolling Stones "Sister Morphine", Gote "Somebody that I used to know", MIA "Paper Planes", and I am still waiting for the dirty version of Niki Manage's "Super Bass". Complaint tickets should have been generated and followed up with at the time I have called in the past. Very poor customer support.
4) Your "Report a problem" link on the emails for the music purchases does not work. When I click on it the page does not display. Pretty Sad.
It's getting to the point I just want to convert all of my music back to Windows Media and start buying from them. I have used services that were FREE and far better than the GARBAGE that I am using now.
Is that all Apple has got? A damn phone? What about making your other products and services as iron clad? Pathetic I had to waste this much time of my life even writing about it.

The above letter was sent to Apple in hopes of getting my problems resolved. I wonder if they will even bother to reply? I know they didnt bother replying to several other complaints either.
Anyone else have any problems with iTunes and Apple? I only deal with them because I like the iPhone, but as a computer nothing beats Windows.

Yeah sometimes I amuse myself when I re-read these complaint letters. I didn't think I spelled Gotye right when I re-read it, but I was good and pissed off at the time suffering from severe "I don't give a fuckness".
I guess the "report a problem" link started working again, so I have been told the song is awaiting my re-download. I was unable to file a complaint on the Explicit Version of Super Bass because I filed one a long time ago for... of all things... not getting the proper version. At the time they claimed to have not charged my card yet, and they could not do anything. Of course the next day when the charge went thru, they never did anything. So that's a separate issue.
I dont worry much about people calling, although Stomas prank calls were pretty annoying.
