People want to act like they don't know what happened in Benghazi Libya on 9-11-2012 but it's really quite simple, except the truth looks very bad for the Democrats. Truth is Obama sidestepped congress with the authorization to start a war in Libya and on October 20th 2011 Muammar Gaddafi was killed in a joint US / NATO attack. Despite this, members at the US Consulate in Benghazi Libya, despite repeated request for more security, were left for dead when the hired Libyan mercenaries turned on the US and attacked the Consulate on 9-11-2012 and killed 4 Americans including a Diplomat.

Obviously this looks very bad for the Obama Administration but perhaps the worst part was that the Democrats tried to claim the attack was the result of an unflattering YouTube video about Islam to sweep the situation under the rug. Obviously, given the details above and the date for which the attack on the Consulate occurred (9-11-2012), it's clear to see that these Americans were left for dead and the blame squarely rest on the shoulders of the people in charge, namely the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and Obama. Some will say these 4 Americans lives were just the price to be paid for getting Gaddafi, but the Republicans are saying that had Obama gone thru the proper channels of getting congressional approval for the Libya invasion that these 4 Americans would have never been killed. Just incase you were wondering. And yes, I figured this all out on my own in about 30 minutes with some simple research, but were going to spend millions trying to spin it as something else.
