Trump rips Australian Prime Minister over bad deal to accept their refugees.

I for one think it's a bad idea for us to take in any refugees at the moment.. We all know how these people like to blow $hit up during a Republican administration! They get all bent out of shape and start flying airplanes into anything of high value.

I mean a refugee from Syria is still a refugee from Syria, even if they migrated to Australia first. Seem's pretty simple to me, and if we're not sure about them, why can't they just stay in Australia? Or maybe Australia could just send them back to wherever they came from?

What do you think Rastus? What say you from your side of the pond?

Interesting question....

From what I can tell from 1st hand experience, is that they're essentially sent to various "country" parts of the nation, & are not permitted to enter the main cities, until Permanent Residency, or Citizenship is approved. This is both time-honored over (I think) 4-years, & quite expensive at around 10-K per person to get...And the paperwork is phenomenal...

They are well looked after IMO however. Residency is found for them, community assistance programs, & Government welfare services too. However, this does not necessarily make them happy either, since they'd pretty much rather be home, especially the fathers of some / most families, that would rather be fighting in the wars, having left the remainder of friends & family behind. They are not as yet trouble makers that I can tell or speak of. They're good people.

The kids seem to adjust well enough, probably liking local friends & family better than their own homes, where anxiety exists, & persists.

Let's face it, they'd rather be home I think, but they don't have one to go to, & soon enough they'll have to face the financial hardships that are the Residency costs, though these may vary of course, depending on your stats-quo...eg War victim, refugee or other.

Australia itself can only handle so many people, as the bulk of the country is arid-lands. Only thin coastal strips of land can support life, & we're pretty much full already, & I can't say how much more our system can take. We're approx. 1/10 of the population of the US-of-A, so even though we're taxed much more heavily, (depending on your income), there just isn't enough dollars to go around also.

And now that Fukushima is in it's 6th year of polluting the globe non-stop, we'll be supplying uncontaminated food to everyone around the world too, & there's only so much that we have, & can produce...Even our fisheries are being plundered by many international fisherman looking for uncontaminated fish to feed their people with. The problem here is that there's not enough fish, & the Pacific Ocean is on our Eastern side. It's only a matter of time before the Fukushima sewage wastes us too...

I honestly feel the solution lays with abstinence from interfering with their countries issues, & letting the country sort its own problems out. Ultimately, a U.N. Peace-keeping force should be the ONLY military forces stopping war-fare IMO. The US-of-A Military Industrial Complex is just that, an Inductrial Complex, & that means it's a business, that needs to be turning over money.

So where do the problems start, & where do they finish ? Who's business is it for us to intervene ?...Only the military make the dollars, as they're the businessmen...And of course, there's the World Banks, that finance both sides of the warfare...We can't forget about them, can we ?...

I hope this shines some light, & apologies if some are offended,

Rastus

Gee... Sounds like Nazi Germany if you ask me!

Where is the humanity? Why don't you just let them run free in your cities!?

Don't you people have a heart? Sounds an awful lot like segregation to me!

I think the next time I hear you complaining about US policy I am going to have to remind you of this and request that you start with your own country when making suggestions about immigration and equality here in the USA. LOL

No wonder Trump told your Prime Minister to get stuffed and hung up on him!

LOL,

To live in the cities is quite expensive, & people in cites are generally a lot more highly strung, & political too. I'd suggest that from looking at cities in America, "aliens / refugees" are moved to country localities to avoid slums, crime, & social alienation. Most large cities can be dangerous places at the best of times, so no need to make them worse.

Most folks in the country are easier to get along with & friendlier too. Plus there's employment available for farm-work, though that maybe seasonal.

Yes, Australia's Nazi Regime runs a tight ship, as you will soon find out via Mr.Trump....It's also why I've chosen to live away from the major centres, though having a good job allows be to manage a better lifestyle...Shit, I still can't believe I haven't lost my license in over 20-years, & yet I pretty much enjoy myself everywhere I go.

Remember here SELLC, you asked for all of the BS Mr.Trump will bring on...lol...

Ciao,

Rastus
