ISLAM WAS BANNED FROM THE USA IN 1952, but Obama & the media dont want you to know that. The Immigration and Nationality Act that passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today.

Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by force, violence, or other unconstitutional means. This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States.

This law is being ignored by the White House. Islamic immigration to the U.S. is prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic. All Muslims who believe that the Koran is lifes guiding principal also believe in total submission to islam & sharia law.

To all who claim that Islam is a religion, read the law again the law states that Aliens who are affiliated with ANY organization that advocates the overthrow of the U.S. government are prohibited.

Its a law, 8 US CODE 1182 WAS Used By Carter in 1979.

Here is number 8 US Code 1182, inadmissible aliens. This law was written in 1952. It was passed by a Democrat controlled Congress, House and Senate, and signed by a Democrat president.

Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president. Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

All of the pundits that are claiming that what Trump said is dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous, and/or unconstitutional, need to educate themselves. It is already the law of the land.

And it was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but he actually did more. He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a bunch. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, 1979.

You probably wont hear of this from our mainstream media, nor from our Imam-in-Chief.

CNNs building in New York was evacuated during a live broadcast on Wednesday after fire alarms began blaring on set.

Poppy Harlow and Jim Sciutto were anchoring a broadcast when fire alarms went off and employees started evacuating the building. The anchors tried to continue the broadcast for about a minute before revealing to viewers that they needed to leave the set.

When CNN returned to a live broadcast after the evacuation, reporters in Washington, DC revealed that the Time Warner building was evacuated and that the New York Police Department is investigating a suspicious package on site.

According to the NYPD, the package is similar to those mailed to the Clintons and the Obamas and intercepted on Wednesday.

Left-wing billionaire George Soros was also sent an explosive device earlier this week but he was not home at the time and police safely detonated the device.

After some research, here's what you won't get on the news... This caravan from Honduras was organized by Bartolo Fuentes, a former Honduran legislator and member of the radical leftist Libre party. He was detained by Guatemalan authorities on Tuesday for illegally entering the country after Pres. Trump threatened to stop financial aid..
Libre is not a political party but a destabilizing movement. It was founded in 2011 by former President Manuel (Mel) Zelaya. In 2009, Zelaya was removed from power after repeated attempts to undermine the constitutional order and rule of law. Zelaya is an ally of socialist governments in Latin America like the Castro and Maduro regimes in Cuba and Venezuela.
4,000 people don't come together overnight, there was a lot of planning and funding to make this happen, the so called refugees are being paid daily to keep on marching towards the US.

New York Times Published Trump Assassination Fantasy Before Mail Bomb Scare

The New York Times published a fictional story Tuesday that fantasized about President Trumps assassination at the hands of the Secret Service and a Russian operative one day before the nation was gripped by news of apparent mail bombs sent to prominent Democratic figures.
In an article published in the New York Times Book Review, five writers conjured up fantasy scenarios about President Trumps future with the Russia investigation.

One writer, Zoe Sharp (pictured), took liberal fantasizing to the next level and wrote a story that ends with President Trump being assassinated by a Russian agent. The Times editors illustrate the piece, titled How It Ends, with a Russian flag sticking out of a pistol barrel.

In the story, the Russian attempts to shoot the president, but his gun misfires. A Secret Service agent then offers his own pistol to the Russian:

The Russian waited until they were a few steps past before he drew the gun. He sighted on the center of the presidents back, and squeezed the trigger.

The Makarov misfired.

The Secret Service agent at the presidents shoulder heard the click, spun into a crouch. He registered the scene instantly, drawing his own weapon with razor-edge reflexes.

The Russian tasted failure. He closed his eyes and waited to pay the cost.

It did not come.

He opened his eyes. The Secret Service agent stood before him, presenting his Glock, butt first.

Here, the agent said politely. Use mine. [emphasis added]

This assassination fantasy was published just one day before the media exploded with criticism for President Trumps rhetoric after a series of apparent mail bombs sent to many Democrat political figures Wednesday, including one sent to CNNs New York office.

Media and entertainment figures fantasizing about the assassination of President Trump has become disturbingly common.

Last year, actor Johnny Depp joked, When was the last time an actor assassinated a president? He later apologized. Rapper Rick Ross released a song in 2016 with the lyric, Assassinate Trump like Im Zimmerman.

A Julius Caesar play in Central Park featured the assassination of a faux Donald Trump-figure. And pop star Madonna said at the Womens March that she had fantasized about blowing up the White House.

Yes, Im angry. Yes, Im outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House, but I know that this wont change anything, she said.

And the lefts violent fantasies are not limited to Trumpanyone they disagree with can be targeted.

Republican Sen. Rand Paul, who was at the GOP baseball practice when it was targeted by left-wing mass shooter James Hodgkinson, said that Hodgkinson was screaming, This is for health care!

He also had a list of conservative legislatorsRepublicansin his pocket, that he was going to kill, Paul also said.

Corporate medias role in this downward slide cannot be ignored, either.

MSNBCs Nicolle Wallace has repeatedly fantasized about violence toward people she disagrees with, previously talking on air about Sarah Sanders getting choked and Trump getting punched in the face.

Further, CNN has excused and whitewashed the violence of Antifa, time and time and time again.

Finally, as Breitbart News has meticulously chronicled, there are several hundred incidents of Trump supporting Americans being targeted for violence, harassment, and intimidation by the left.

In a House Oversight Committee hearing earlier this year, I asked Dr. Bret Weinstein, a professor at Evergreen State College in Washington state, a question: In a safe space (on a college campus) could you say this sentence? Donald Trump is president.

His response unbelievable as it sounds began with well, it depends.

I stopped him. Its a fact, I said.

Theres no it depends about it. Donald Trump was elected as president of the United States on Nov. 8, 2016 and sworn in on Jan. 20, 2017. No amount of safe space pretending can change that fact.

The exchange with Weinstein highlights the level of absurdity we have now reached in America. Simply stating a fact on a university campus where students go to learn facts could land you in trouble and result in disciplinary action.

And unfortunately, the attack on free speech is not limited to colleges and universities. The federal government has also attacked the free speech rights of Americans.

For example, over a period of many years the Internal Revenue Service systematically targeted people for their political beliefs.

Under the First Amendment we have several fundamental rights. But the most vital is our right to free speech. And when our nations founders wrote the First Amendment, they were particularly concerned about our right to speak in a political fashion.

In America we have the right to criticize the government and not be harassed for doing so, yet that is exactly what the Internal Revenue Service did when it targeted conservative speech.

But while government and academia have attacked free speech, the biggest threat may be large social media companies.

In 2012 former Twitter U.K. General Manager Tony Wang stated: We are the free speech wing of the free speech party.

Obviously Wang was marketing Twitter as a platform where all ideas are welcome. Oh, how times have changed. Earlier this month, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said Wangs 2012 pronouncement was a joke.

We shouldnt be surprised by Dorseys statement. In July Vice News reported that four Republican House members Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, Rep. Mark Meadows of North Carolina, Rep. Devin Nunes and California and me were shadow banned by Twitter.

Shadow banning does not affect a persons ability to go on Twitter and read tweets or post tweets. But it prevents others from reading the persons tweets.

Twitter claimed the problem was just a glitch in the companys algorithm, calling it a search auto-suggest issue. And of course, the response from Dorsey was predictable. We do not shadow ban according to political ideology or viewpoint or content, he said.

Really?

Congress should also look to appoint a task force to examine all restrictions placed on the First Amendment, with a specific focus on social media companies.
There are 535 members in the U.S. Congress. But only four conservative Republicans were shadow banned. What was the glitch in the algorithm? The names Gaetz, Meadows, Nunes and Jordan?

Twitter is not alone in limiting free speech. Other high-tech companies are also restricting speech, and most often it is conservative speech that is targeted. For example:

Facebooks algorithm changes harmed conservative news outlets significantly more than liberal-leaning outlets, according to an analysis by the Western Journal.
Facebook blocked California Republican congressional candidate Elizabeth Hengs video ad outlining her parents story of suffering in Cambodia in the early 1980s under the brutal communist regime that committed genocide against its own people because the ad accurately depicted violence or threats of violence.
Twitter censored the pro-life ad of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., because it said: I fought Planned Parenthood and we stopped the sale of baby body parts, thank God.
Google attempted to influence the 2016 election in key states with a silent donation, Tucker Carlson reported on his Fox News show.
Any attack on free speech is troubling, but big techs assault is the most troubling. Social media are now part of every Americans life, and big social media companies have unbelievable control over the type and flow of information. If they can restrict certain types of speech, then their ability to impact elections and public policy is virtually unlimited.

The First Amendment was written to protect speech and not just speech that we agree with. Congress needs to have more hearings and more oversight, which would mean more information for the American people.

Congress should also look to appoint a task force to examine all restrictions placed on the First Amendment, with a specific focus on social media companies. This is not a partisan issue. Free speech is fundamental to the health of our great country, and Congress should treat it with the respect it deserves.
