When people pay their taxes, that money is supposed to be used to lift the quality-of-life for all a countries citizens IMO.

And since 99.9% of all jobs will have some detrimental health effect to that person in one-way-or-another, free health-care / cover for those-in-need should be mandatory with no questions-asked.
