It was a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a tall frosty mug of A&W Rootbeer from the tap! Lol

pro-tip: want your fries really scorching hot? Order with no salt, and add it later if you actually want salt.

When I was on the west coast they has Taco Time. That was good for a fast food chain. I haven't done fast food in 7 years though. They had deep fried burritos, darn they were good. I was eating with a buddy one time, inside, sitting on laminated benches. He ripped a nuclear sounding fart, everyone was looking at us, I started to laugh so hard I couldn't talk. He goes "you pig, I can't take you anywhere" That's when I pissed myself laughing.

The last time I farted in public, four people turned around to look at me.  I felt like a contestant on The Voice.

On topic, chicken, Spanish rice, and corn on the cob.

Yeah, I know, I don't have a single culinary bone in my body.  It's food, it's in front of me, I eat it.  I keep it simple.

Stan I do my own smoked pulled pork. Awesome way. Take bscuit in a can, roll them a bit under wax paper. Press in a muffin tin. Put in pulled pork some cheese on top and bake. Darn good appetizer!

Tonight? I went all out!!! Grilled Nathans hotdogs, lots Kraut, mustard, relish, and lays chips :) Maybe cause I'm a fifth into my bourbon already? Heck, almost friday. May as well get a start.

Tonight, Im thinking chicken breast kebabs, with red onion and zucchini, topped with crimeni mushrooms. Grilled

over mesquite WOOD, not flake encrusted coals. Side salad ( a new kit!) that is a Maple, Bourbon, Bacon chopped dealio. I was thinking the salad is pretty much all I need for a Friday. lol

I gots a dolla off coupon for da Papa combo.

But, Im having a conundrum. I bought one of them copper grill mats due to my grill having rusted over the winter. It seemed

to work fine, but upon cleaning up, I noticed a hole has been burnt through it. Both the coal grate and grill are rusted to not usable, I can order the parts delivered for $15.98, or I can just buy another Smokey Joe at Wallyworld for $28. So, Im thinking it is time for a new one, and the old one will ring like a bell at the range.

not recycling or upcycling, just a dignified death fulfilling one last purpose after providing me with tasty eats for 5 years.

I've been on this Taco Bell kick... I don't know what it is but sometimes I get the craving for something it will be a week before I get tired of it...

It's been threatening rain for the past few days and I don't feel like BBQ in the rain... Snow, and -10 degree weather I don't mind... But I don't like to grill in the rain.

Unusually chilly weather today for this time of year.  Good day for some homemade chili or chicken dumpling soup.

So far, coffee / cheese cake...

The kids found it and that means if I don't eat some now, there won't be any when I wake up in the morning.

Yo Bean or should we call you Hammer? Why hammer beans? I would assume pintos made into refrieds. Dry beans of course. Is it how you pulverize them before refrying?

 Call me bean

It started out as a drunken play on words from the joke as fucked up as a football bat hence.

Bean hammer why would one need a beanhammer.

Come to find out if a white dude names himself after a Mexican food product it is percieved as racist.

But if you name yourself in a Spanish manner.

You are no longer a racist.

But you are still as fucked up as a football bat.

Ok my take on bbqed tomatoes.
Wash tomato.
Clean and cut the stem and the anus out the tomatoes.
Leave skin on and cut tomato in half.
Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on the cut side of the tomato. Salt and pepper as well as Mrs dash the cheese.
Set tomato skin side down on hot grill.
When the pepper jack melts serve tomato straight
Off the grill to your guest.

It must be served hot.

Put a little olive oil on a pizza pan. Slice toms 3/8 thick or so. Put on seasoned Italian bread crumbs, some Parmesan cheese, drizzle some olive oil and bake 350 until browned.
