Purchased some Stellar stock

Hey stellar, I sometimes purchase stock based on the name. I have previously purchased Occidental Petroleum OXY because Thurston Howell III owned it on Gilligans Island. Among others.

Today Stellar Biotechnologies SBOT took a pretty big hit so I purchased some. Because of yours truly, Stellar.

Wish me luck! biggrin

Clarity, this stellar stock has nothing to do with the stellar that is hosting this site.

It is a high risk gamble type stock. It is a gamble and very risky. I only bought it cuz it dropped a lot and had stellars name.

So don't risk it unless it is a game you like to play!

Awe $hit guys... You're going to make me fell bad if you lose money!

I'm not invested in the market, but I love to watch it thru the day...

It would be awesome to take a company public though, can't deny that I have never thought about that.

Seems like anymore all you need is a web + office address, a desk and a chair and you're ready for your IPO... Just rent a little rack space thru Amazon until you get

enough investors to build your own server farm. Think that is about how most all these new social media and internet companies did it...

Wouldn't be the first time I lost money but it is usually rare! When the dust settles and I end up selling it, I'll post if I made a profit or loss!

I prefer mutual funds. I figure the money mangers know more than me, and have quicker access to market moves.

That may be so here but the Chinese are making land (islands) in China sea.

This is a good point, also the volcano is making new land, how much is still yet to be seen, in Hawaii...

But you know what I mean, generally speaking there is a finite amount... I'd imagine that man made island is going to erode quickly, but we will see.

I was worried about this...

There are a lot of fake "Stellar" companies out there, many of them liberal living off the fat of taxpayers by way of the USDA! Check it out for yourself,

Stellar you came through for me! Sold my Steller stock this morning for $120 profit.
$120 cleared on $400 investment in about a week! WooHoo!

Maybe I should have kept it but a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush!

Guess I sold too soon. It is still going up! lol
