For those who are considered conspiracy theorists, the information below may be more than a defining illustration of the real issues surrounding weather geoengineering, which technically is called Solar Radiation Management (SRM), or euphemistically referred to as chemtrails.
As I, who live in SE Pennsylvania, have been reporting at various times during 2018 on the dramatically drastic weather conditions, i.e., horrific amounts of rainfall almost daily up to 5 inches at a time, along with total expansive regional cloud cover during other days, which blocks the life-enabling sun so it appears to be dusk all day long, our assumptions no longer can be considered conspiracies.
Farmers now have documented the sad, realistic agricultural results which, in my opinion, foreshadow the futuristic probable geoengineered famines that will result from weather geoengineering on both the West [drought] and East [flooding] Coasts of the USA, but deemed as Acts of Nature, as one Bucks County farmer thinks.

Talking about May 2018, Farmer Murtha says, Thats when all kinds of long season stuff goes in: the melons, the summer squash, the cucumbers, the tomatoes. Sitting on our hands for that whole month kinda set the pace. [The natural weather was too rainy and prevented planting.]
OMG! Does any farmer really believe that Acts-of-Nature stuff, or are they figuratively drinking the cool aid controlled weather radio and TV forecasters are programmed to parrot on a daily basis?
As a sort of summary of the 2018 agricultural growing seasons, i.e., dramatic crop failures in Pennsylvania, KYW Radio News 1060 [1] reporter Paul Kurtz interviewed a local Bucks County farmer, Tom Murtha, at his Perkasie farm.
This admission by Murtha sort of defines the geoengineered Pennsylvania weather of 2018:
Just dealing with precipitation events of three to five inches at a go, thats like biblical. And on top of that we had so little sun this summer, if it wasnt raining it seemed like it was cloudy. And the few days we had that were sunny so brutally hot.
The upshot of this man-made, geoengineered weather disastersimilar to the California 6-year drought and recent firestormshere in Pennsylvania is that the first week of December 2018, PA Governor Tom Wolf issued a disaster declaration for 14 PA counties, which makes them eligible for federal disaster relief.
