One can only interpret this as being a personal temper tantrum to the Mueller report! I'd be curious to know what Judge made this call and what their political affiliation is! It's just jaw-dropping and Fox is twisted up in it too. Disney recently acquired Fox and while they might not have claimed to have purchased the media end of Fox, with the recent Jeanine ban on Fox one really has to wonder!? Will we ever have a FREE PRESS?

As someone who has never gotten the easy road in the courts, this makes me absolutely disgusted! But we are talking about dirty Chicago! I was shocked they even investigated it to be honest!

Despite the charges being dropped against Jussie Smollett, he is guilty. And he will stick to his lies like a good Leftist social justice warrior skank.

Even Democrats know what a lying scumbag Smollett is, despite his lies impugning the reputations of Trump supporters. Put another way, imagine Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel agreeing with Trump supporters on Smollett.

And according to The Daily Mail, thats just what has happened.

Chicagos Mayor condemned his citys prosecutors decision to drop the charges against Jussie Smollett on Tuesday as a whitewash of justice and condemned the Empire actor who he insists is guilty after he was dropped of the charges and protested his innocence.

Rahm Emanuel spoke at a press conference with Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie T. Johnson where the pair told of their shock and dismay at the States Attorneys decision to drop all the charges against Smollett.

They said they were stunned to learn about it at the same time as the media and suggested that Smollett who they insist is guilty was treated differently because he is a star.

The Cook Countys States Attorneys Office said that it prioritized violent crime and that Smolletts alleged wrongdoing did not fall into that category but warned that the decision to drop the charges did not exonerate him.

Trust me; Smollett doesnt know when to quit.

His press conference after the decision proves that, as he said that he wouldnt be his mothers child if he did anything close to what he actually did. 

While Smollett also vowed to fight for the downtrodden, he has all the credibility of Milli Vanilli.

Just so we are clear, the prosecutor didnt exonerate him.

We did not exonerate him. We work to prioritize violent crime and the drivers of violent crime.

Public safety is our number one priority. I dont see Jussie Smollett as a threat to public safety,  Joe Magats, Assistant States Attorney, told The New York Times. 

Smollett had been facing up to 48 years behind bars on 16 felony counts of lying to police by claiming he was attacked on January 29 by two men he said he could not identify and who he said called him racial and homophobic slurs.

But what they did was far worse. They proved that you can be a vile Leftist liar and get away with it. That $10,000 bond Smollett forfeited doesnt cover the cost incurred by the citizens of Chicago. And it certainly doesnt help the citys reputation.

Further, what lesson could the prosecutor have sent to lying scumbags? Heres one.

That office could have proved that law enforcement wont tolerate injustice of any kind against citizens of America. And then prosecuted Smollett to the full extent of the law.

Needless to say, I smell skullduggery in this decision. And the Left hopes it will be swept under rug. But as we can clearly see, not the entirety of the Left agree.

That is pretty funny Rastus! LOL, at one time the City was under Emergency Manager control - which pretty much means that it was being run by Republicans in Lansing (State Capital of Michigan). It came a long way since then, it would be a shame to see it all go to hell again. 

People there in Detroit seem so quick to forget about the previous Democrat mayor who was convicted of corruption. Perhaps that is because outside of the downtown district it has remained pretty much the same as always, which is to say that not as much is being invested into these areas as the glitzy downtown district. Yet Detroit always votes Democrat, it's almost a given time and time again and now we have Dearborn and Hamtramck which are also overwhelmingly Democrat in their voting.

The hotel that I was staying at used to be owned by a conservative but since sold out to a management company that also handles Caesars. I'm not exactly sure why I like hanging out there, but I did hit all three Casino's for $20 each last night before realizing I had developed a pretty good buzz! I always save the best for last, just incase I should happen to find myself in need of lodging. The hotels are not cheap but many $1000's less than a drunk driving ticket! Since my name is no Jussie Smollett, I decided to take the safe bet.

Although the charges that Jussie Smollett allegedly filed a false report were dropped, others charged for the same thing, but lacking Hollywood or political ties, have been prosecuted and sentenced.
In fact, a 30-minute search turned up seven people in Illinois with similar charges to those of Jussie Smollett whose sentences included probation, at the least.

Here are the seven:

On November 9, 2011, the RRStar.com reported that a 19-year-old Rockford, Illinois, woman received a sentence of two years probation and 40 hours of community service for filing a false report. She was also ordered to undergo counseling. The woman falsely claimed that she had been threatened at gunpoint.
On August 28, 2012, CBS Chicago reported that a 47-year-old Riverside, Illinois, woman was sentenced to 18 months probation for filing a false police report. She was also ordered to pay $1,800 in overtime cost for Riverside officers who worked extra hours in an attempt to find the individual she falsely claimed assaulted her.
On September 30, 2015, the Daily News reported that a 22-year-old Effingham, Illinois, man who filed a false report about being shot by someone else, was sentenced to 30 months of probation. He also had to fulfill 100 hours of community service and pay $5,000 in restitution to the Effingham County Sheriffs Department.
On July 14, 2016, the Herald-Whig reported that a 24-year-old Golden, Illinois, woman was sentenced to 18 months probation for falsely claiming she had been stabbed at a car wash. She was also ordered to complete 60 hours of community service and to pay nearly $1,000 to the Adams County Sheriffs Office.
On November 3, 2016, WSPYNews reported that a 46-year-old Marseilles, Illinois, man was sentenced to 30 months probation for filing a false report about a man pointing a gun at him. The 46-year-old was also ordered to pursue mental health care.
Chicagos WGN reports that two individuals Katie Mager and Ryan Reieirsgaard received two years probation and fines of a few hundred dollars for filing a false report in 2017. The couple claimed a robber with a knife had taken a $12,000 engagement ring and other valuables.

Quite possible. Certainly Mr.Eisenhower did not want to get into politics, but it was his job for the taking, as "everyone" liked Ike, &  people were happy to have him in charge.
