Well, there are different candidates for each problem. For sticking it to banks you might consider Elizabeth Warren. For fixing healthcare, you may consider Bernie Sanders. If you want tougher enforcement of immigration laws, you'd probably better stick with President Trump. Ultimately you have to pick the issue most important to you because there isn't presently a candidate that will do all 3 the way you want. Trump may tickle your fancy on immigration, but he will continue deregulating banks so they can stick it to you even harder, and he is no fan of healthcare either. Warren and Sanders would piss you off regarding immigration, but they would be better for your bread and butter economic issues.

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano has broken down allegations Donald Trump obstructed justice in a scathing video published this week.

While the presidents favourite network often features hosts defending him against Special Counsel Robert Muellers report on Russian interference in the 2016 election, Mr Napolitano asserted he was guilty of obstructing justice amid the years-long federal probe.

When the president asks his former adviser and my former colleague KT McFarland to write an untruthful letter to the file knowing the government would subpoena it, thats obstruction of justice, he said in the video. When the president asks Cory Lewandowski, his former campaign manager, to get Mueller fired, thats obstruction of justice.

Mr Napolitano continued breaking down the special counsels report, which noted at least 10 examples of possible obstruction on the part of the president.

When he dangled the pardon in front of Michael Cohen in order to keep Cohen from testifying against him, thats obstruction of justice, he said, before adding, Why not charge him?

He also penned a damning Op-Ed this week that refuted Attorney General William Barrs analysis of the report. Mr Barr has cleared the president of wrongdoing and said he would not be filing any charges against him.

On obstruction, Barr is wrong, Mr Napolitano wrote. The president's job is to enforce federal law.

If he had ordered its violation to save innocent life or preserve human freedom, he would have a moral defence, he continued. But ordering obstruction to save himself from the consequences of his own behaviour is unlawful, defenceless and condemnable.

The comments arrived nearly a week after the Justice Department released a redacted version of Mr Muellers report, which found an extensive, multi-pronged operation conducted by Russian operatives throughout the 2016 election to sway voter attitudes against Hillary Clinton and in favour of Mr Trump.

House Democrats have issued subpoenas for the full report, meanwhile, calling on Mr Barr and Mr Mueller to testify before committees investigating Russian interference and the presidents financial dealings.

Mueller's mandate wasn't to allege anything, it was to investigate the known Russian interference in the 2016 election AND any other issues that may turn up in said investigation. And while Mueller rightly decided that as an employee of the executive branch, he can not indict a sitting president, he did lay out a ton of evidence for Congress to decide if any further charges need to be brought against anybody. It would seem your FOX NEWS legal analyst has a pretty strong opinion on the topic, are you going to declare civil war against him?

Mueller gathered evidence and punted it to Congress, I'm indifferent about him personally. Actually he did his job very professionally, and now it is up to Congress to make some determinations based on the evidence collected.

The illegal FISA warrant was for "collusion", none was found. I think a lot of congress will end up in jail if they push it too far, so I am hoping that they try the President and see what happens!

Of course they soon might be busy themselves once they are under investigation, I seriously doubt the President is going to let it slide! He has thick skin, but not that thick!

He really has no choice, but congress has been informed that there was no evidence of collusion, and thus any action they take will be outside the scope of the illegal FISA warrant, said warrant is currently the subject of an investigation! I think I will await the results of that investigation as your side had it's chance and come up short...

"Collusion" is a term Mueller said has no legal basis, though he was looking for evidence of conspiracy.

Nobody said there was no evidence of conspiracy, just not enough to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law... At least according to the Justice Department.

Congress would be well within their right to examine what Mueller found, and follow up on any questions they may have through subpoenas and such before reaching their own conclusion, and I'm sure that is exactly what they will do.

Don't worry Rex, I'm sure it will all work out just fine.

Dershowitz responded to Napolitanos comments by noting during an appearance on The Ingraham Angle that because it was within the presidents purview to terminate the investigation or fire special counsel Robert Mueller, any attempts he made to do so could not be described as obstruction.

In my introduction to The Mueller Report, I go through the elements of obstruction of justice, Dershowitz explained. The act itself has to be illegal. It cant be an act that is authorized by Article II of the Constitution.
