I have to admit this thing where the President is making a big stink out of getting rapper A$AP out of a Swedish Jail by personally vouching for his bail has many doing a double take!
For starters, Sweden does not offer "bail"... additionally, the optics of this stink! Why make such a public spectacle of it? You would think that would only hurt his chance? Then again this is show-biz and any extra publicity that could help drive sales or views is considered gravy to these media hound types.. Whatever it takes to stay relevant and in the media...
A$AP Rocky, for people who don't know, is a rapper who had a few good songs and once had an album that was released with him on the cover draped in an American flag. I myself have purchased a few A$AP Rocky songs over the years including this one right here,
It just really bothers me that someone like Kanye can command such action from our President...
What does Kanye offer Trump? The black vote? I am not so sure because most blacks don't care for him much - and the ones that do probably don't vote anyway! Hell, even Kanye has admitted that he didn't vote for Trump - or anyone else for that matter!
So is that what it takes to get Trumps full support?
