Nuffan self terminated!

Pffft...

It would appear that Nuffan has self terminated his account... aka - self deletion!

Guy for sure fits the mold of a Toyota owner! What a tease!

Oh well, it's not like he was ever up-front about who he was anyway... just another stranger if you ask me...

Anyone with feelings that delicate belongs on a main-stream forum anyway... Sometimes freedom is just too much for people, but I respect his rights to self terminate.

IMG_5301.jpg

So for anyone whom might wonder, it wasn't us! It was he.. haw! lol

LOL !!!

I actually kind-of miss him...He was like Stoma, but a little more civilized maybe, & with better manners. ( But there can only be one Stoma of course ).

With all the fighting that was going on, I'm really surprised that he left, especially since he was doing all the pickin'.

Them's the breaks I suppose.

I laid the current state of the lending institutions along with the lack of regulatory enforcement of credit reporting companies at President Trumps feet....

His exact words...

confuse

I don't know who else I could have blamed at the time... or even now... I have done my part

creditstats.png

And that is why he left... It wasn't because I called his Toyota "pedestrian" and it wasn't because I called him a slum-lord...

He just couldn't handle my being critical of the current state of the regulatory system for lenders and credit reporting companies.

And he didn't like the fact that I questioned giving banks negative interest rates.

I am all for being loyal, but blind loyalty is only reserved for family - and even then they can be sketchy at times too! LOL

But that is okay... Slowly but surely I am getting these bad actors (reporting companies) and creditors in front of a Judge and Jury...

I am taking it one at a time starting from the top! I really don't care how long it takes!

While these credit reporting companies are betting against me and relaying a false narrative about my credit worthiness, I am coming after them by taking them to court!

They have been up to this game for over a year now, making my insurance cost more - causing me credit line cuts which in turn snowballs on it's way down. They have bet against me and cost me money but I will get it back in settlements and judgements!

They need to go down. I had a $19K loan with a small bank in 2005. Had them take payment directly from my account monthly. Year later paid it off in full and called them, told them DON'T debit my account next month it's paid. "Oh no we wouldn't do that" Yeah right, they did and I had closed that account since it was only for the truck. Called them, "Oh we are sorry" but still reported late payment. Sure enough it was on my 3 credit ratings. Talked to them and they said I needed a letter from the bank which they gave me, exonerating me. Sent it to the big three. They still wouldn't do anything, bad credit ping for like 9 years. I'm around a 750, 780 score and always have been. Fucktards.

That is completely unacceptable! I am shocked you didn't take action against them!

They are really bad when it comes to fixing their mistakes, plus they share information so such inaccurate reporting will propagate all over (not just the big three reporting companies).

I strongly believe they all try and stick within a certain range for scoring, although I have seen actual 100 point spreads between them at times! That would suggest they are giving lenders the opportunity to pick and choose which score will better suit the lender in terms of interest charges. It should all be regulated or made illegal because the old method of calculating someones credit worthiness was if they made their payments on time. Now days they have moved so far away from that model that it's not even quantifiable - which is exactly what they want so they can use it as an excuse to confuse and distract from their real objective - which is catering to their clients, aka the lenders!

But now days the big three credit reporting companies like Experian, Equifax and Trans Union are trying to cater to the people by offering them expensive credit monitoring packages that can range from $9.99 on thru to $39.99 and more PER MONTH! You think about that and even at the low side, to get up to date information from all three and it's $30 per month and that is for a ONCE A MONTH report! You want real time the cost could be closer to $160 for all three! That is wrong on every level! Here we have a company creating credit profiles of people and charging them to see it!? The free credit reports are referred to as "annual credit reports" because you only get them ONCE A YEAR! Heck, by the time you find out you're already screwed!

It's gotten way out of hand and our Government allows it because they use the average of the big three's credit scores for home lending! This is a complete and total conflict of interest!

The big thing with the credit reporting companies is they claim to be able to predict someones credit worthiness, based on a formula they will not fully disclose. What happens is after years of being unfairly scored, the person being unfairly scored will spend a lot more money over that time in insurance and other finance related transactions, they will also be denied opportunity and promotions - just because these credit companies want to play god and attempt to predict the future! When it can be proven, these credit reporting companies should be made to pay for their mis-calculations!

But in your case Shawnee, that was just flat out wrong and shows how little these companies really care about doing their jobs! I am pretty sure in your case you just didn't feel like going thru all the BS with all three companies and that is exactly what they wanted, both the lenders and the reporting companies!

In my case, with ZERO missed payments they are saying I'm about a 580! Was at a 720 right after I gave the banks big money to close on my first mortgage! Now they want to steer me into another mortgage with horrible terms and that isn't happening! I'll just get the money another way, by suing each and every one of them!

I did go thru the bullshit. letter from the bank admitting what they did and the big three still would do nothing!

I couldn't afford a lawyer to take it on and no contingency lawyer will take a case with no money in it for them. Not a mainer so forget pro bono

Didn't know what else to do. Living in the way out backwoods of Maine, town of 666 (not kidding) people. 66 out of townees with brains and 600 total goobers.

Maine is one of those places if you can't trace at least 3 generations of mainers you were a flatlander. Never a chance at a townie job, not even forest jobs. Medical, food services or self employed. I made my bucks as firearms dealer and knife maker for 10 years there. Flatlanders are never accepted. They won't even fish with you.

Think the closest I have ever been to Maine is New Jersey! They had really big lobsters in NJ, that is to say they were much larger than here in the Detroit metro area!

2005 is a long time ago, and during the Bush Administration. By now they can't even report that by law so no point in wasting time with it now, although it probably did cost you some more money in one way or another during the time it was on there! And for what? Because of a clerical error on the lenders part!? Back in 2005 they didn't have the same kind of online tools as they do today, and less access to information to file complaints too. Obviously it would have cost an arm and a leg to get an attorney involved but it sounds like you were seriously mulling it! I am sure a lot of people are dealing with similar circumstances and it's really quite a shame!

Never had much of an interest in visiting Maine, sounds like a total insiders state - although I don't think I have ever really been to a state that wasn't for it's locals. Makes me wonder why you would spend so much time in Maine?

I appreciate the tip about Maine, I don't have it on my bucket list but I'll keep the info in mind! Was there anything nice about Maine?

Yes I did want to pursue legal but just couldn't. Too wrong in every way.

Yes there is nice too. Maine is pretty. If you are a tourist they treat you good because they want your money. Coast is beautiful but go off season like Oct or it's a parking lot the entire coast!

I ran a lobster boat in CT for 3 years, ate lots of them. I prefer 1 1/4 to 1 1/2#

Where I was by Moosehead lake was a 11 month a year tourist area, heavy tourist area. The one off month was mud season, May. Don't go June early July either, black fly season!

You're very right that it's hard to say with people who post on forums... Not very many of them left anymore that aren't exclusively an advertisement venue. I say that knowing full well that our forum has advertisements but it's not the same.

I wasn't aware he had a Porsche, seemed he was more interested talking about his Toyota - which is totally fine!

Nothing left now but to wish him well in his travels.

Nuffan claimed to be a big supporter of President Trump, but who knows... he could have been lying about that too, but his post sure do read like he's an all-in Trump supporter.

In fact, he left when I told him that I was considering supporting Biden! LOL, but I could only gut a few days of Biden's tweets before I had to dump him... Biden is a wanna be Obama and the thing is, Obama can't even stand Biden! LOL, won't even endorse the guy! That says a lot right there! Biden is a push-over lap-dog that has spent too much time in politics and is beyond sour, rotten in fact!

The reason Obama hasn't endorsed Biden, is because it would be improper for a former president to influence a presidential primary election. If Biden wins the Democratic nomination, then and ONLY then will Obama endorse him, enthusiastically. And so will Carter and Clinton.

I guess if Biden wasn't Obama's Vice-President then it wouldn't matter - but he was, and it does.

Biden had Obama's back for eight years! Has nothing to do with the nomination because if Biden was not nominated then Obama could then throw what little weight his scrawny ass has behind whoever did.

Guess even ole' Hillary is mulling throwing her hat into the race once more! LOL, but I guess it doesn't matter much now - I have made my selection.

Doesn't really matter who enters the race at this point, never really mattered to me who Obama endorses - but it reaffirms mine and many others belief that Biden was nothing more than a "token-honkey" for Obama during his entire tenure. Still is really.

Some might say people who drive them trucks are compensating for something...

But PowerStroker gave up working on Diesels anyway... claims to have let his Ford Certifications expire.. IIRC

Plus he drives a Honda... No compensating there on PowerStrokers part! LOL
