That wasn't Mooch, it was her fraggle toothed afro wearing double. She shaves her head and wears straight wigs, the doubles face was too short.
Joe was a double. Note the ear lobes, hair color (that's not dyed), wrinkles, Joe has dimples, different eyes and eye bags, mouths are way different sizes.
