Nepotism would be if he was hired in the White House, think Ivanka and Jarrod. What Hunter is doing is living large off his father's name, but without actually being hired by his father, Kind of like Chelsea Clinton, or for that matter, any Bush that didn't have the first name Prescott.

That's only half true... Yes, living large off the family name is not something that is any of my business and honestly IMHO it's nothing to be ashamed of, even if you're partying like a rock star with painted ladies.
HOWEVER! Ukraine and China go a little beyond just living large off the family name. Ivanka and Jarrod had official positions, therefore their work is documented and overseen much more than say, Hunter Biden blowing coke in his Russian or Chinese hookers asshole.
