Seriously though... nothing more juicy than the State Supreme Court of Colorado ruling that Trump cannot be on their ballot for crimes he has not yet been convicted of!

Now California and a few other states are trying to do the same thing! You have to admit, this is not a good look! It really looks like Democrat states have literally gone off the rails to interfere with the upcoming election! From New York to Georgia -- and now Colorado!

It's like these States think they are above Federal Laws! It's getting pretty effing SPOOKY if you ask me! I don't like to throw around the term "Orwellian", but here we are!

The insurrection clause in the Constitution doesn't require a conviction. He engaged in insurrection, by definition he's disqualified from ever holding any public office again. It's no different than after the Civil War when the Confederates were banned for the same reason.

Former Attorney General Ed Meese has presented arguments to the Supreme Court that they should reject Special Counsel Jack Smiths requests because he was unconstitutionally appointed in the first place.

Meese, along with law professors Steven G. Calabresi and Gary S. Lawson, filed a friend-of-the-court brief Wednesday to present the case that Attorney General Merrick Garlands appointment of Smith a private citizen is in violation of the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.

"Not clothed in the authority of the federal government, Smith is a modern example of the naked emperor," the brief states.

"Improperly appointed, he has no more authority to represent the United States in this Court than Bryce Harper, Taylor Swift, or Jeff Bezos," they argued.

Jack Smith started working as a lawyer for the US government in 1999. He has served in a nonpartisan manner under administrations of both parties (including throughout the Trump administration btw). The Attorney General was confirmed by the Senate, and can appoint whomever he wants to be a special counsel. Jack Smith is one of the more qualified and experienced prosecutors available, so it was a good choice.

But, if you don't like Jack Smith, he can be replaced by any of several hundred other career prosecutors and it will make little difference. Honestly I'm not sure what he did that's so upsetting to you. If this is about asking the Supreme Court to rule on presidential immunity... Don't you think it's in the public interest to have an answer on that sooner than later? And if Trump's lawyers actually believe such immunity exists, shouldn't they be thrilled about having the Supreme Court assert it sooner than later?

You never know, the current make up of the SCOTUS might actually go along with such nonsense and cancel all 90+ criminal prosecutions of Trump. Wouldn't that be a happy day for you? Don't you want such happiness sooner? It would sure save the taxpayers a lot of money if we just declared Trump to be emperor for life and immune from any responsibility ever. Too bad Nixon didn't figure it out.

It would seem the prosecutor in Trump's Georgia RICO case (Fani Willis) has been found to be less than professional, and as such the case may fall apart. Seeing that woman on the stand -- the things that she said, her attitude and how the courts even allowed her to carry on like that while being questioned on the stand just shows the level of corruption and double standard that Trump, and pretty much ANYONE would get in that court! I'd like to say it's shocking except I have seen this type of court with my own eyes.

Then we have the New York Judge Engoron, who just gave Trump a $330+ MILLION fine without any Jury! Without any Jury he also banned Trump from doing business in NYC for THREE YEARS! That is just crazy considering you can tell this Judge had it out for Trump since DAY ONE! Furthermore, the Judge seems to enjoy the media and fame! I wonder how much he will enjoy the fame when a higher court overturns his verdict on appeal?

I will say, whoever was on Trumps PR team that thought a pair of gold sneakers with American flag high tops was a good idea should maybe be moved to his retail department FAR-FAR detached from Trump... Trump has marketed a great many things in his life, but these shoes? C'mon! Hey Donald, Kanye West called and he want's his shoes back!

Yes, but don't just take Trump's word for it! Ask Biden, or Obama -- or ANY other ex-President for that matter!

I can only quantify this absurdity with an ex-President being run thru liberal State and Federal courts as a public Presidential hazing...

I have been thru what Trump is going thru right now, I've even written about it in here! Sure, it's nothing as serious as what Trump is facing, but the fact is this man was squeaky clean prior to becoming President! Add in the fact that EVERYWHERE he is being persecuted is a DEEP BLUE STATE, with DEEP BLUE Courts, Prosecutors and Jury Pool and my mind is made up... I have to back Trump up because at this point Democrats are trying to attack and paint half the country out to be bad guys just so they steal another election.

I'm not saying Trump is no angel, but he's an ex-President -- and until ALL the ex-Presidents (INCLUDING DEMOCRATS) are treated this way, then I can't help but to feel ALL of these cases are 100% political!
