This is how Democrats cheat an election... It's so commen they have a name for it too! It's called Gerrymandering.

I'm not from Alabama so I didn't really get deep into the article, but it's no big deal because I am sure you'll be along soon to spin the article to imply "So you think it's okay (such and such)"...

Do I think it's ok? Well it seems both parties are guilty of this sort of thing... however Democrats seem to have people dedicated to these very things over the long term. 

I'm also going to mention the article is on off-shoot of MSDNC's liberal news desk... so what little I did read was heavy tilted to the left right off the bat!
