If Trump retroactively audits the 2020 election in all the states suspected of fraud and it turns out we were right about Biden not winning... does it nullify all these preemptive pardons he's thinking of granting to protect the political criminal class in DC?
Yeah, yeah... I know, that's just as silly as Democrats thinking they were gonna pin some trumped up state BS on Teflon Don.

Elections are run by the states, Trump has no authority to audit their results. Just as the state convictions against him can't be overturned by the DOJ.
Elections might be run by the State, HOWEVER -- the Federal parts of the election are dictated by the Federal Government -- and they can be audited by Federal Court Order.
The same with regards to State convictions... while the DOJ can't overturn them, the SCOTUS can over-rule them and send them right back! That is why all of his State cases are getting dismissed -- nothing more of a black mark on your record than the SCOTUS smacking your ass and sending your case back to you with a dunce cap.

Well said...
These mofo's that are SCOTUS "are" what you need to clean-out first. They're life-long unelected officials that have the power to overturn any gov't decision made...
Did you notice how these mofo's allowed Genocide-Joe to sell all of those bombs to Israel without issue, complaint, or intervention ?...
