I'm sorry if you can't grow one, either because you have to conform to some image to maintain your government cheese benefits. I been growing my hair since COVID, at first it was my way of not having to wear a mask at the barber shop -- but then after awhile I started to like it... It's not cheap either! I buy shampoo by the barrel! It's also not easy to work with in my profession but I dig it... and I could care less what you think of it!
I also mentioned that the cat-ear kraken kitty headphones were a Christmas gift, and I wear them at my desktop because it is the only pair I have. They don't bother me anyway, and again I could care less what you think of them.

We have literally a one vote cushion... it will require Democrat support! I can assure you there is more than one RINO out there... and also a hand full of Republicans that just won't support a CR or anything but SERIOUS cuts.

Americans should get something in return for the money we have given them thus far, especially since we were going to give them even MORE!
We can't just give them a blanket protection guarantee -- Zelenskyy could fly a bomb into the Kremlin and we'd be forced to start WWIII protecting them!
Zelenskyy has had THREE YEARS to figure out an end to this war... which by the way started over money!
I was behind them at first PowerStroker -- but clearly Zelenskyy shows signs that he loves the money, power and fame -- and thus does not want this war to end.
We have also seen him jail and persecute his own countrymen for simply being in the opposition!
And I'll be honest -- seeing that level of disrespect from him has really turned me off! I have to pay by my guberment loan -- so should Ukraine!
We simply cannot give him another collateral free loan! Nor can we afford to give him a blanket protection guarantee!
Ukraine could have joined NATO LONG AGO, but they played the fence and got in bed with Russia. This is 100% on Ukraine, not the US or any other country!
It would have been easier and cheaper for the world for Ukraine to have just paid off Russia -- because that is what this is all about! But now it's gone too far, people who trusted Zelenskyy have died.
In 1994 Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons to RUSSIA for economic support... it was UKRAINE that did this.

Based on Democrats reactions at the President's SOTU Address to Congress last night I'm thinking Republicans better make sure all our constituents are on board for this quickly upcoming budget battle.
It's clear at this point the knives are out and Democrats are out for elephant blood. There is no way they will put the American people first over their partisan ideology... It's literally the only power they will have for the next two years!
But this is only if Republicans can't come together... if we do, there is nothing the Democrats can do for the next two years.

whoa-whoa-whoa... I hardly think cutting medicaid for illegals has anything to do with cutting anything for medicare for people over 65!
Could you perhaps offer up a supporting link for your claims of cuts to medicare? Because the only cuts I was aware of were cuts to medicaid for illegals!
Oh and trust me -- if you guys do shut down the government you'll be fucking everyone, so wave goodbye to any high moral ground you might think you have at that point.
The best thing for Democrats and everyone would be to help pass a budget bill and keep the government open.

Well, the CR passed with 60 votes in the Senate... and the market seems to be making a quick turn around today.
Guess Schumer was not interested in a Schumer Shutdown, or being on SNL tomorrow night. LOL
Trump played some past videos of Schumer and others all were fairly recent speeches about how it hurts common people the most, who gets paid, who doesn't but never shut the govt. Unless it's Trump. Not to ever have a shutdown etc. Played all of them over and over. Gave Schumer a choice.
Dems need to find something to run on, besides their only agenda for 12 years,,,, "hate Trump" agenda, it's not working. Midterms coming, 2028 comes fast enough. Dems can't beat JD and Big Balz for vp.

I'm indifferent, Trump doesn't seem to be negotiating in good faith. Congress will pass a spending bill and have it signed into law by the president, only to have the president invent some way to claw back the money and not spend what was agreed to. Now the supreme court is inventing justifications to allow it. Unless and until people negotiate in good faith and execute the laws as they are passed, shut it all down.

LBJ didn't take any money from Social Security, he only changed an accounting practice to factor Social Security surpluses in the total federal government budget picture, he didn't rob or even borrow from the fund. We would very much like to solidify Social Security and improve the Affordable Care Act for you too.

There may well be Democrats in the Epstein files, I want to know EVERYONE that was involved in raping children. That shouldn't be a partisan issue.
Republicans will be happy to let Social Security and Medicare go bankrupt, that's why we need this leverage of government shutdown to help make sure that doesn't happen for people like you and me. A majority of people who showed up to vote voted for this, not a majority of Americans. The voter rolls of blue cities in red states are being purged as we speak, so this can keep happening too. Make no mistake, this is not what a real democracy looks like. It's becoming more reminiscent of Russia.
