If their hometowns are truly in a different country, why don't we just deport them there? Why spend 6 million taxpayer dollars each year to the El Salvador government to imprison them without even any charges being filed? How exactly does that bring you satisfaction? How exactly is that the American way?

Most of these people are killers... I guess it's just cheaper and safer to keep them in El Salvador!

Other nations aren't like Democrats! They do not allow homicidal maniacs to be dumped in their country.

It's the American way not to release these people back on the streets.

If you don't like us paying $6 million to keep these animals off the streets then maybe don't let them back in our country again?

If they are killers, one would think someone at DOJ would file murder charges against them. And if the alleged murders didn't happen in the US, we could simply extradite them to their own country to face charges there. Who are they alleged to have killed? And unless they have renounced their citizenship from whatever countries come from they can't be refused reentry. And even if they are, I'm sure Trump can find a way to secretly drop them off in their home countries and save the US taxpayer from the 6 million per year CECOT accommodations right? What's so special about this group of guys anyway, we deport people all the time.

The problem is you're trying to compile everyone into the same category. You do this on purpose because you could really care less about any of them were it not some political football for you to kick.

Not all of them may have killed here in the United States! Many probably had murder convictions in other countries, but Democrats don't care and just let them thru customs.

Why do Democrats feel it's okay to let in an illegal immigrant that has a criminal record for murder in another country to pass thru customs? Can you explain that to me?

Oh that's right, you guys just let them cross the RIO and float in on rafts bypassing any customs whatsoever!

Look at the mess you guys have made! Look how much money it's costing us! Not to mention the American lives lost by not enforcing strict border controls.

We don't feel it's ok, we just believe in the Constitution and that anyone who makes it over here legitimately or not has certain due process protections, or at least they are supposed to.

Innocent until proven guilty Rex, unless you have proof that they committed murder or other crimes and they are convicted, they are innocent. One need not be a citizen of the US to be subject to due process laws in the US. Which, by the way, is the reason the judge ordered the planes to be turned around. And why there are now contempt hearings for the DOJ people who ignored that order.
