Okay... Seems this little Inline 6 BMW engine gets stuffed in more than just the 5 series.

Much like the other filter housing gasket I did in another thread, the 3 series makes for a little more tight working quarters. As always this job is mess as all hell. Plan on an entire roll of paper towel, rags, 3 cans of carb cleaner and just a crap load of powerwashing and cleaning if you ever hope to get it looking clean again.

The good news? The part only cost $4.50! But it's the labor that gets ya! But c'mon look how nasty this job is!
