You bet your sweet ass I am after them steaks! And if I hit 2000 I am going to take one and order me the best filet you can buy. Its only fair! I have contributed quite a few post! Dont worry, there will still be one left. To be honest I have some in the freezer right now, but I have never had a steak from these Omaha people. Guess they also have sea food and other goodies. Its not me you have to worry about winning, its the CD customers as they get a 1000 post head start! Thats 500 more than what I even have!

They are gift certificates to order Omaha Steaks, we dont actually send you the steak. Omaha steaks sends you the meat in dry ice. Its good stuff really.

If you are really Jillian I will un-ban the account, since you are a female the name Boys4Me is not so out of place. Then again you did run around claiming to be a gay priest from Nimbilla.

Since this thread was made in 2007, it would seem that the amount for the steaks does not take into account current inflationary trends...

So for fun, does anyone want to hazard a guess what $25 in 2007 dollars would be worth today in 2022 dollars?

It's a good thing that you want to honor the original post.

I'm surprised that Stoma hasn't made a claim as yet. I also reckon that's what most of us have been awaiting LOL !...

* I recently purchased a Little Feat CD, that was a re-release of a bootleg made in 1974, of the WLIR Radio Station broadcast...Rhino somehow obtained the rights to it, & now it's an "official" Little Feat release...The issue I had, was that there were only going to be 3,000 CD's produced, so I e-mailed my friend Chris, who happens to be more than a "roadie" for the band, & asked him to grab me a copy if possible on "Record day", when it was released last year, & he did...

The CD cost me $14:00 USD...And it's a cardboard, mini-LP deal.

The postage cost me $59:00 USD...

Could you imagine how much the steak would cost you in postage costs to send over this way ???...

Well guys... I was thinking about getting Vanilla Gift cards... but my Mom recently got one for $100 for the kid down in Texas and before he even got it, someone had broken into it and purchased two pairs of Puma shoes!

I'm not willing to deal with that BS... but at the same time I'm desperate to get some love to my forum friends who have cracked the 1,000 post mark!
