Took in a nice little 190E today!

Well we took in a 1984 190E today. I must say she aint all that bad. Have not checked it out as of yet. Vehicle came in a no-start so I will have to check her out tomorrow. I must admit its not as nice as the w126's but I imagine with the 2.3 its got to be a lot better on gas.

Its actually my first manual transmission Mercedes so I am curious how this thing is going to feel once running.

Here are some photos. Let me know if you are interested in this vehicle or any of the parts on it. As I said I dont intend on keeping it but I will spend some time with it and check out all of they systems as well as try and get it running. More details will follow.

Let me know what you think.

It was a nice POS.... For a 190.

After working on them and driving them I soon realized the 190 was not my kind of car. The E class is just that.

I let them both go and really they did have a lot of NICE parts on them. God forbid anyone ever have to service the starter on one.

Still I got them BOTH running and driving but they pulled the most money in parts.
