Smogging a Michigan 1994 5.7 LT1 Camaro Z28 for use in California!

The last few months I have been working to smog a souped up Camaro Z28 for use in California.

Since the vehicle was a Michigan car and did not have to be smog checked, just about all of the emissions componets were either missing or just plain worn out or disconected.

I dont have much experence smoging vehicles for California, so I was wondering if anyone was aware of the CO and HC limits there. I have read they are VERY strict and given the Nitrous, Coil Pack Ignition Conversion, MSD Box, Headers and other such bolt on's the inspecter will likley go over this car with a fine tooth comb. Good thing is that most of the bolt on power adders have a California CARB EQ exemption number so they should not give too many problems, but I just want to be sure before I put this vehicle on the car hauler to California.

Some of the things I have done in effort to help is a new EGR valve, Sample Tubes, Air pump, bigger converter, tune-up and valve adjustment. In adding the sample tubes I had to re-wire much of the ignition as well. Adding in the air pump forced me to relocate the Del-Teq module as well. Its been quite a pain, and if anyone can chime in on them emissions numbers for the CO and HC's, with any other helpful information that I may have overlooked, that would be great and really appreciated.

The vehicle is a 1994 Camaro Z28 with the 6 speed transmission. It is not a California issue, but it does have the mass-air meter, so it should be pretty close to meeting California specs, I just dont want to see the guy get down there and get screwed around by the inspectors.

Thanks in advance.

Anyone at least got a link for the CARB website? Or anything that gives me a range for the emissions? It's crunch time and like always it's looking like I will have to be the one to post up the answer. Of course it wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt ME who was asking the question.
