Okay Folks... I am going to need your help on this one....

Back in November of 2001 Stellar Enterprise LLC was born... Articles of Incorporation files were filed to conduct business in the state of Michigan for 30 years. At that time the only fee's that were paid were the ones to register the name.

Only problem was the Department screwed up when entering the name and listed us as Stellar Enterprises LLC rather than Stellar Enterprise LLC. The problem was corrected as when you look at the document above it will say it was revised. I currently have a document from the Department Of Labor and Economic Growth that states clearly Stellar Enterprises LLC which I will upload.

Then on December 11th 2002 the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic growth allowed a Carol Mudge to use a similar name while our company had rightful claim to the name, and was in good standing.

Apparently the rules they have stating pluralizing a name and or putting "The" infront of the name are not allowable. Then again they needed the money I guess.

Sometime around 2003 we filed for an address change, and then again in 2004. It was in 2005 after they had taken our money (Yes they charge to change your address) they claimed they wanted money for keeping our name in good standing. I repetadly asked them to send the amounts and nessisary forms however they must be too busy making money to pay attention to anything BUT making money...

Anyway....

All thru 2008 and 2009 we have e-mails and telephone calls for proof that we tried to work with these people for what basiclly boils down to them wanting money for not doing their job. Upon filling out all documents and attempting to mail in the forums they were unable to calculate the amount owed as the good standing certificates had risen in price several times. Furthermore I was inquiring about any possible late fee's that may have be assessed before I sent them off another check that they would keep for doing nothing, but this time for $200 rather than the near $20 I sent them in 2004. Mind you our address has NEVER been updated but once, yet we paid twice.

So now along comes Keith Boye on September 21st 2009 to register the name Stellar Enterprises LLC. If you look at his Articles you will see that he was declined the name because there was already a Stellar Enterprises that in all rights shouldnt have been alowed anyway... So then he tried just Stellar Enterprise LLC, only to the name was active and registered to us. So in an act of desperation likley because he shit his pants when the USDA gave him $3,000,000 (Million) he went ahead and added "The" to his name as "The Stellar Enterprise LLC" and the money hungry Michigan Departement Of Labor and Economic Growth allowed the business to register.

Now whats really screwed up here is that the USDA would give $3,000,000 to a business that hadnt even registered the name yet. Worse yet is the guy who didnt even bother to check prior to filling out his application, yet once he realized it, he kept trying to get the name closest to what he needed.

THE TRUTH IS THIS..... THERE IS NO STELLAR ENTERPRISES LLC. There is a company doing business as Stellar Enterprises INC. (Which shouldnt be) however the USDA has written a $3,000,000 check to some fictional business.

Does the USDA even do a check before handing out money? Are they just giving it to anyone? I did some background checking for Keith Boye and found that he resides in the Upper part of Michigan in Menominee, which boarders Wisconsin. He also has a degree in Biology. He owns a business called Percision Ice Blast Corporation that he claims does a million dollars a year, while D&B says $350,000.

Further research shows that his other business is using Ice to strip surfaces, which he classifys as a "Green Technology" because there are no chemicals involved. Never mind what the Ice may be stripping, just so long as whats coming out of the gun is frozen water. LOL

While Stellar Enterprise LLC is an registered business in the state of Michigan and has rights to the name for 30 years as per the contract/articles in the state of Michigan the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry still allowed TWO OTHER similar names to be reqistered while the original had legal right. Furthermore the USDA handed out $3,000,000 of your tax dollars to a guy whom didnt even have rights to the name he used to fill out the application.

I recently spoke with the Michigan Department of Consumer and Energy and told them they were full of it. And that they made errors and basiclly broke their own code. I told them there was no way they were getting any money off of me until they fixed what they did wrong. They did not like that, and this is the responce that I got.

Whether or not you wish to restore good standing is up to you.  As you saw in the statute, a limited liability company not in good standing remains in existence and may continue to transact business in this state.

That is a DIRECT QUOTE from several emails (about 20) where I told them everything I have just told you guys... As my closest friends do you think I should hire an attorney? I mean what the heck is the use of paying these people a yearly good standing fee when they cant even do their jobs!? And most importantly, where is my check!?

BenzWorld.org has the extension .org and is WORLD WIDE. BenzWorld.org is a web site hosted in Canada under a diffrent "REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME". Our company resides and does business in the USA. That gives us exclusive rights to the .us extension since we registered it, and have contenued to without problems for almost 6 years. Registering a company with the state is totally diffrent than a domain name.

Still, it just goes to show that your boy Obama's Relief act was a total joke, throwing money around with no apparent effort to check who they are giving it to.

I do however see the irony you speak of, however it's no where near the same. A domain name is just that..... A domain name.. Not a legal entity registered to conduct business.

BenzWorld.org can not just take their domain paperwork to a bank and open a bank account under benzworld.org, like Stellar Enterpise LLC can. BenzWorld.org doesnt take payments under the business name BenzWorld.org. I know this is a little over your head, beings you are just a mechanic and all. LOL (That was a joke PowerStroker)

 Why do you think I've been coming here for years? It's because even classy dudes like me like to "slum it" once in a while.

Just think, back in 2010 under Obama you could get $3,000,000 for the AMAZING concept of using frozen water instead of just regular liquid water to power wash paint and get $3,000,000 from the USDA!

I wonder, is the stripped paint or whatever not an issue when it's stripped with ice rather than water? Don't you still have the same left over lead paint on the ground after anyway? And what about the refrigeration to freeze said water at a rate you could power wash something? Is that really better for the environment? Seems to me the freon and AC equipment needed for that would out-strip any real GREEN benefit to using ice over water!

But what the hell do I know? I'm just a chump who can't even get $100k in a disater loan, dispite being in business 20 years! This jag-off imposter Stellar Enterprise got $3,000,000 the very day they opened their doors, in fact it looks like they had to cross out my business name at the last minute and pick another similar name because they needed that business license to open a bank account to receive that money... because they were probably shocked as hell they got it!
