IIRC Gerry had that big flood down in Texas and moved to the East Coast, or Florida.. Can't recall which one but it's in the AFR section. 

The dunce hat is a classic from decades past and it shows the reality of what it means to run afoul. I am sure in your town everyone gets a trophy, even for foul behavior... after all you clowns did elect Ilhan Omar! 

Never seen an entire state wear a dunce cap until recently!
