Hope everyone doesn't mind... but I moved the DH section to the members area.

I have decided to move the DH forum to the private members only A.F.R. in the interest of keeping the place somewhat private and perhaps drawing in our other friends who may have been "lurking".

Know that I can move the forum back to public, just like I can move a thread here in the forum to the public "politics" forum, however I feel a little privacy in knowing we are dealing with members, rather than just total strangers who didn't even register is somewhat frustrating.

That was one of the nicer things about DH politics, it wasn't really a public place unless you were a member.

Let me know what you think, we could give it a few weeks to see if the curiosity factor is enough to bring some of them liberal lurkers aboard. LOL

Since I tried to check this section out before and was denied. I had to find a backdoor in, which I did by clicking my profile and looking at my own posts. Mostly to see if they were deleted. But, it got me in here.

Got to love the resourcefulness of the "real OG" DH crowd! I didn't mean to worry anyone, I honestly wanted to have a little more private setting for the DH crew that was not going to be just flapping wide open for the world to see...

I been mulling allowing anonymous posting on the MBTP section of the forum, but I am not sure if I can toggle that for just one forum. Looking into it.

More than anything just trying to shrink the home page so it's a little smaller. Also condensed some of the automotive forums by there current owners and it is rather shocking who owns what now days.

Well, I think this is a most streamlined approach... The main page has been updated shrunken and even expanded at the same time!

Coming into the off-topic area has all three "member" forums on top, like heads up display!

I think it's obvious, the liberals have their painties in a bunch... Maybe they will wander in here every now and again like Falcon does... Or is it really Falcon? LOL

I kind of like the semi-private setting, it keeps the lurkers down to a minimum. I am pretty sure the paid Soros supporters are all currently spending their time in the unemployment website! LOL

Money business technology politics, 3 sub forums. If you are in a sub click new topic, otherwise will be in the regular open forum there.

There have been many times when I've checked what was going on here, only to find "0 members and 7 guests online".  Granted, they may or may not all be DH people, but now they'll have to make an account and sign in if they were.

Neener neener!

It does sort of annoy me a bit when I'm trying to lurk myself... LOL, I have to log in now!

Ah well, we can try it for a few weeks... Maybe we can shake some liberals out of the rug! Boy are they taking it hard!

I am starting to think they really didn't like us! But they loved us the entire time Owebama was in office! They loved all the stupid shit that man did and to be honest they probably only liked it because it pissed all of us off - nation be damned!

What happened to the G.A.W.D. Section? Did it get rolled into another area?

Yes, all the post were moved to the MBTP.

I also got rid of the for sale/wanted section and the recommended repair shop categories in an effort to streamline the home page. It's somewhat shocking to me the state of the Automobile manufactures where the list of brands is getting smaller as all the bigger car companies are absorbing them. Wonder just how much smaller that list is going to get before there are just a few companies that are holding most all the brands.

I think it's quite obvious that DH is gone and I really doubt any other people will make it over. Kind of sad really but it is what it is.
