Oh you got to love affidavits...

They are pretty much one sided with only the information presented that the person making the affidavit wants to have presented! Totally one sided and void of any validity in this situation!

What we need is a full on deposition of this person! None of this one sided BS when it comes to the sanctity of our elections!

BOMBSHELL: Fulton County Numbers Show Massive Duplicate Ballots, Rejected Ballots, Non-Citizens Trying To Vote

Published

on

Bombshell numbers out of Fulton County, Georgia show that a vast amount of the provisional ballots submitted in the Democrat stronghold were rejected for being duplicate ballots.

Now, the Democrat Stacey Abrams campaign is pushing on Fulton County, running an entire campaign-style operation with phone banking, texts and email blasts to reach out to people who allegedly cast provisional ballots on Election Day.

Abrams search for provisional ballots may yield fruit, but her search for credible provisional ballots that can be counted in this election will prove futile. Why?

A full 1,811 provisional ballots in Fulton County were duplicates (49 percent), and 1,556 of them (42 percent of the total provisionals) were rejected.

Three of the individuals were not citizens, 581 were not registered to vote, and 972 did not live in that county.

Broward County stole my vote in 2000, and Brenda Snipes helped cover it up

I voted by absentee ballot during the 2000 Presidential election. I had to.

I was stationed at Fort Hood, Tex., and I sent my ballot via UPS to the office of the Broward County Supervisor of Elections. The reason I used UPS was that I had been away from home for three weeks of temporary duty in Washington before the election. I barely made it back in time in time to vote and send in my ballot.

Knowing it would be close, I sent my ballot via UPS. I tracked the package the entire way. It was delivered and signed for by someone named "Benson" at 3:09pm on Tuesday, Nov 7, 2000. The legal deadline was 7p.m., so my ballot made it on time.

Seven months later, I got a call from Chris Drew at the New York Times. He told me my name was on a list of thousands of voters whose absentee ballots had not been counted.

My ballot, he informed me, had been stamped by Broward County as received nine days late, on Nov. 16, 2000. I was stunned by this revelation.

For the next four years, I tried to figure out what had happened. I made repeated requests for a copy of my ballot, but the office of the Broward County Supervisor of Elections delayed and stonewalled for a year and a half until the statute of limitations had expired.

On November 20, 2003, Jeb Bush suspended Broward Elections Supervisor Miriam Oliphant for incompetence.

Late in 2003, after the two year statute of limitations expired, I finally received a xerox copy of the voided ballot. With that, and a multitude of other documents, I built my case. I presented it to the Florida Elections Commission during a public hearing in Tallahassee in 2004. They validated my claim and sent a letter to Brenda Snipes, the new Broward County Supervisor of Elections, asking that my ballot be officially opened and counted in the official result.

Brenda Snipes never responded to the letter. To date, my ballot has never been opened or counted.

I believe that thousands of Floridian absentee ballots from that election were fraudulently stamped with incorrect dates of receipt. The Supervisor of Elections knows there is no tracking system on ballots handled by the U.S. Postal Service. With no tracking, the receiver can stamp them as late without fear of being caught. Its the perfect crime.

I can't speak to the motive. Some election workers might just be lazy. But let's say an unscrupulous hyper-partisan entity decided to sort the ballots by party registration and decide which ballots to open and count, and which ones to mark late?

My vote was stolen by some unscrupulous government servant. Unfortunately, Miriam Oliphant was never charged with a misdemeanor for stealing my vote, because she stonewalled and denied access to the evidence I needed to prove my case. Oliphants replacement, Dr. Brenda Snipes, took no action to count my vote. She just swept it under the rug.

But I did succeed in proving that George W. Bush won by 538 votes, not 537. I guess thats something.

The question now is: What about Brenda Snipes? It would be unwise for Governor Scott to suspend Snipes. His name is on the ballot in a close contest. Scott has a glaring conflict of interest. Florida Secretary of State Ken Dextner needs to act immediately to suspend and replace Snipes before she completely destroys what little remains of Broward County voter confidence. Its overdue.

Dave Lowry, a retired colonel, is a thirty-year Army veteran with two masters degrees. He lives in Nassau County, Florida.

MSNBCs Andrea Mitchell is being widely criticized for misleading her audience about the political affiliation of a key figure in the recount in Floridas election.

Heres what happened

While discussing the recount on her MSNBC show Monday, Mitchell claimed incorrectly that Broward Countys Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes was a Republican.

And we should also point out that Brenda Snipes in Broward County is a Republican appointed by former Governor, then-Governor, Jeb Bush, she claimed.

So she was put in by a Republican governor, after the mess, that we all remember from 2000, and shes hardly a Democratic official, or someone doing the bidding of the Democratic candidates there, she added.

Mitchell was quickly corrected online by many on the right. Snipes is a Democrat, and although she was appointed by Jeb Bush, she had been elected four times as a Democrat afterward.

Mitchell was clearly intending to persuade her audience that Snipes wouldnt be meddling in the election based on the false information.

Snipes has been under fire for her past history of involvement in other election controversies. Indeed, Jeb Bush has come out to advocate that she be removed from office.

There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians confidence in our electoral process, tweeted Bush.

Dead Men Tell No Tales in Broward County: 3 Recent Whistleblowers Who Ended Up DEAD

Internet censorship is hurting conservative websites like ours. If you value our site please consider making a small donation today. Thank YOU!

For decades, the county has regularly been a hot zone for election-night chaos in both statewide and national races, including the infamous 2000 presidential election. Years of problems have only slapped additional coats of paint on the countys sordid reputation as a black hole for ballots. Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes, the target of Scotts legal action, has been accused in recent years of illegally destroying ballots and mismanagement. Washington Post

Controversies arise regularly in Debbie Wasserman Schultzs 23rd district and those who seek justice sometimes meet an untimely demise.

Below are the stories of 3 men who dared challenge the establishment and soon after paid with their lives.

Beranton J. Whisenant Jr

Whisenant was a federal prosecutor that was murdered in 2017 while investigating voter fraud. Biz Pac Review reported:

A federal prosecutor from the U.S. attorneys office in Miami who happened to be investigating voter fraud has been found dead along a Hollywood Florida beach, and its being investigated as a homicide.

According to Hollywood police spokeswoman Miranda Grossman, although the investigation is still very preliminary, 37-year-old Beranton J. Whisenant Jr. likely suffered a head wound from a gunshot or other direct trauma. His body was found by a passerby washed up on the Hollywood beach shore south of Magnolia Terrace. It isnt clear where the victim actually died.

For now, the FBIs Miami office is referring all questions related to Whisenants death to Hollywood police, but if the death is found to be retaliatory or related to a case Whisenant was working on, standard procedure would mean the FBI and U.S. attorneys office aggressively working together on the case.

News spread quickly on social media that Whisenant was involved in a recent fraud probe involving the DNC, though none of the news reports mentioned that as fact.

A graduate of the University of Florida law school, Whisenant has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2004, joining the U.S. attorneys office in January 2017 in the major crimes section.

His office happens to be in Congressman Debbie Wasserman Schultzs district.

Broward County Deputy Jason Fitzsimons

Deputy Jason Fitzsimmons was the first of two Broward County Deputies to question the politicizing of the Parkland shooting by Democrats. Both ended up dead, under intriguing and suspicious circumstances. Sunshine State News covered the story in April of this year:

Conspiracy theories have always turned me off, and Im not posing one now but doesnt anyone else want to know what happened to Broward County Sheriffs Deputy Jason Fitzsimons?

Deputy Fitzsimons, 42, described as in an excellent state of mind and health,  called in sick sometime April 1 and then died his obituary read unexpectedly. Apparently he was found on his sofa.

Thats pretty much the extent of the death report

I called the Sheriffs Office and asked about him, was promised someone would get back to me, but no one ever did.

The rub about Fitzsimons is, his handiwork was all over social media after Feb. 14, questioning the motive behind the Marjory Stoneman Douglas mass shooting. He believed the tragedy was being used to promote the Democratic Partys gun-control agenda, to gain traction in the upcoming election.

On one Facebook posting, he had included Douglas student-spokesman David Hogg Photoshopped to look like an SS officer, complete with the Nazi salute and swastika, above the caption, We will March Until We Disarm Every American. I was trying to reach Fitzsimons because I wanted to write a story on why he was challenging impassioned and grieving students so publicly, and frankly because he seemed like quite a character and great story fodder.

Broward County Deputy Marshall Peterson

Another member of the Broward County Sheriffs Department, also believed to be in excellent health was found dead about 3 weeks later at his Mothers house. Newspunch has the story:

According to the obituary notice, Marshall Lawrence Peterson was a loving son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend who was a popular member of the Sheriffs office, having served there since 1989. However the obituary does not state why the 53-year-old man, who was apparently in good health, was found dead at his mothers house.

Deputy Peterson is the second Broward County deputy to be found dead within a month. They were both in the prime of their lives and they died from unspecified, non-job related causes. Unless you count questioning the official narrative surrounding a highly publicized school shooting to be a job related cause of death

Let us not forget that Debbie Wasserman Schultz is not afraid to threaten law enforcement. She can be seen in this 2017 video threatening a police chief.

Im not saying that Debbie Wasserman Schultz is behind any of this, but would it surprise you if she were?

Two kinds of people hate being filmed while going about their business in public: celebrities and criminals.

Breaking from normal practice, the Palm Beach County elections supervisor banned media from filming and photographing the high-profile midterm election ballot review process amid allegations of incompetence by Gov. Rick Scott.

The camera ban prompted an attorney for NBC Universal to interrupt the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board and object to the meeting, calling it illegal.

Tensions flared Friday morning when Bucher threatened to have camera operators and newspaper reporters arrested for filming ballot tabulation as Palm Beach County. The meeting at least half a dozen television cameras and even more reporters as Palm Beach County is one of the last in Florida to report unofficial results in an election with three tight statewide races. Bucher accused several reporters of illegally taking pictures and videos of signatures on the envelopes of mail ballots.

Reporters repeatedly assured Bucher that they were filming the board members from a safe distance as they examined ballots and decided whether to toss or count them. Signatures were not visible in any Palm Beach Post photos.

Still, Bucher insisted that shed bring officers to forcibly remove any member of the media who filmed the process.

Despite objections from reporters, the canvassing board insisted that the meeting not be filmed or photographed.

There is no way the canvassing board can determine or ascertain what those cameras, those recording devices are recording, said Judge August Bonavita, chair of the canvassing board. We have to focus exclusively on whats in front of us. We cant pay attention to your cameras.

Five Palm Beach County Sheriffs deputies watched the meeting both from inside the room and behind the glass windows lead inside. Under threat of arrest and removal from the meeting, reporters shut down their cameras.

Notice how the same national media howling about Acostas hard pass suspension has nothing to say about election officials using law enforcement to threaten reporters with arrest for filming public officials engaged in work of the most crucial public interest.

I heard a judge ruled that there was no evidence of fraud, though he did criticize a lack of transparency. I guess until we see actual provable evidence provided by nonpartisan sources we will have to assume innocence until proven guilty.

I do not think innocent until proven guilty applies to government agencies PowerStroker.

The bottom line here, mistake or not, there has been an administrative deficiency that has eroded the faith of the elections for many there in Florida, and the rest of the country for that matter.

Even if there was not any proof of fraud, that does not excuse the deficiency and inadequacy of the agency. It should not be tolerated.

The people stealing the election left a perfect way to bust them, even if they destroyed the real ballots
Finger prints
In addition to illegals voting, machines flipping votes, and other things, the main method of stealing elections involves the use of teams of people who sit for weeks or months filling out ballots. If the same finger prints or no finger prints are on a large number of ballots, that will prove an election is stolen, complete with (via unequal representation) which candidates had the election rigged, and exactly who rigged it. You can then easily locate those who stole the election and jail them with a perfect evidence trail.
If a ballot has no finger prints, it's fake. Average people will not hide their finger prints on a ballot, and they will be there on virtually all. If huge numbers of ballots have the same prints, or no prints, there's your fraud, find out who those ballots were cast for and that candidate automatically loses and GOES TO JAIL.

The people who stole this election have put themselves in severe danger. They are in danger because we know they stole it, and now know exactly what to look for to NAIL THEM.

Folks, don't settle for the excuse that they can't bust fraud. If Florida and other states have stolen election, all the evidence is right there even if they destroyed the original ballots. TAKE THE DAMN BALLOTS, SEIZE THEM, AND CHECK FOR FINGER PRINTS. THEN THROW THE F***ERS WHO FILLED THEM OUT IN PRISON FOREVER.

If there are no finger prints on huge numbers of ballots, then throw the un equally represented candidates on the finger print free ballots in prison, FOREVER. If that does not happen, no election fraud investigation of any substance happened.

Numerous poll workers have now stepped forward and stated that this is exactly what the people who steal elections do. Their pants are down, THEY LEFT THEIR FINGER PRINTS (OR LACK OF THEM, WHICH IS EQUALLY BAD) ALL OVER EVERYTHING.

I'm a capitalist. I work for a weekly paycheck and also have my side business to make extra money.

I'm also a socialist and so are you... Every time you drive on a public road, send or receive a letter, call the police or fire department or paramedic, every time you you buy food or medicine with complete confidence of it's safety due to government regulations and inspections, every time you go to the library (not Rex obviously), every day our military protects you, every day the city plows your street, every time a court enforces a contract for you, every time your bank account is insured, every time you buy food that costs less than the market would otherwise command, every time you and your children are educated in a public school, every time you attend a university with a subsidized loan, every time our intelligence agencies keep us safe, every time a border patrol agent stops a brown person coming across the border, every time you have clean safe water come out of your tap, every time you go to a public park, every time you receive a monthly check in retirement, every time you need food stamps, every time you are broke but require emergency medical care, every time you get electricity from nuclear power, and every time you vote you are engaging in socialism.

Unsophisticated people try to portray socialist as a dirty word, but I wear that label with pride. I also wear the label of capitalist with pride, just like every other American. Complete socialism or complete capitalism would be very bad, the trick is to figure out the right balance.

For a guy who claims to visit the library a lot he sure missed the boat on the definition of socialism!

You can not be a capitalist and a socialist at the same time PowerStroker! The examples you have given above are not exclusive to socialism! The city that plows the street is paid for by its citizens thru taxes, taxes of personally owned property! It is not socialism PowerStroker, it is a service purchased by a group of businesses and people who live in the city! Regulation and enforcement is also not socialism because again, we pay for these SERVICES thru taxes! The post office is also not an example of socialism as it is a private company!

You and idiots like Obama want to try and prop up this notion that any public service or government agency is socialism by default but Obama himself was quickly smacked down with his "you didn't build that" nonsense.

Definition of socialism. 1 : any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods. 2a : a system of society or group living in which there is no private property.

Perhaps I should clarify things since the word socialism has been used to describe several different things, some of which are not good ie communism, marxism etc.

I am a very specific type of socialist, a Social Democrat, and I have no love whatsoever for any type of authoritarianism, communism, or Marxism etc.

Social democracy

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Social democracy is a political, social and economic ideology that supports economic and social interventions to promote social justice within the framework of a liberal democratic polity and capitalist economy. The protocols and norms used to accomplish this involve a commitment to representative and participatory democracy; measures forincome redistribution and regulation of the economy in the general interest; and welfare state provisions.[1][2][3] Social democracy thus aims to create the conditions for capitalism to lead to greater democratic, egalitarian and solidaristicoutcomes.[4] Due to longstanding governance by Social Democratic parties and their influence on socioeconomic policy development in the Nordic countries, in policy circles "social democracy" has become associated with the Nordic modelin the latter part of the 20th century.[5]

Social democracy originated as a political ideology that advocated an evolutionary and peaceful transition from capitalism to socialism using established political processes in contrast to the revolutionary approach to transitionassociated with orthodox Marxism.[6] In the early post-war era in Western Europe, social democratic parties rejected the Stalinist political and economic model then current in the Soviet Union, committing themselves either to an alternative path to socialism or to a compromise between capitalism and socialism.[7] In this period, social democrats embraced amixed economy based on the predominance of private property, with only a minority of essential utilities and public services under public ownership. As a result, social democracy became associated with Keynesian economics, state interventionism and the welfare state, while abandoning the prior goal of replacing the capitalist system (factor markets, private property and wage labor)[4] with a qualitatively different socialist economic system.[8][9][10]

Modern social democracy is characterized by a commitment to policies aimed at curbing inequalityoppression ofunderprivileged groups and poverty,[11] including support for universally accessible public services like care for the elderlychild careeducationhealth care and workers' compensation.[12] The social democratic movement often has strong connections with the labour movement and trade unions which are supportive of collective bargaining rights for workers as well as measures to extend decision-making beyond politics into the economic sphere in the form of co-determination for employees and other economic stakeholders.[13]

Getting back on topic, I have just learned that Florida was two minutes late submitting its results, which as I understood were in Republicans favor! Some are speculating that this is further proof of the shenanigans going on in Florida because by submitting them two minutes late meant the results would revert back to the original count! It is highly suspicious if you ask me.

How do you know the machine recount is in the Republican's favor exactly? As I understand they are now required to count absentee ballots, and the number of them is more than enough to swing things either way depending on what they say. Now they will have a manual count of all votes and see what really happened. If it is in the Republicans favor, so be it. I'm not afraid of democracy. I just want a thorough and accurate accounting of every vote. Having fair elections is more important than who wins.

Any who wish to stop a manual recount are the true enemies of democracy.

The rest of the nation is able to tabulate and disclose their votes on time...

But Florida has a long-standing track record of this kind of abuse, especially Broward county!

It is like the time I had to go help recount ballots because Democrats could not believe they lost, but it seems they fixed them problems because they swept the state basically.

Yeah, Florida's incompetence goes back to the 2000 presidential election.

Just imagine how much better off we would all be today if that recount wasn't stopped by the Supreme Court.

Broward County Fails to Submit Dems' Bad News in Time, Nullifying Recount

It doesn't matter that U.S.

Senator Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) needs a miracle to overcome Rick Scott's margin of victory or that Republican Ron DeSantis continues to lead Democrat Andrew Gillum by tens of thousands of votes.

To leftists, the details are inconsequential. (Daily Wire)

Despite completing the machine recount in time, the office of embattled Broward County elections supervisor Brenda Snipes missed the deadline for submitting its new results by just a few minutes Thursday, which happened to give both Republican candidates Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis even larger vote margins over their Democratic opponents.

"With just 15 minutes to go before Thursdays deadline, Broward County finally finished recounting every vote," the Miami Herald reports. "At least, thats what officials told reporters and the canvassing board at 2:45 p.m. In a surprise announcement at nearly 6 p.m., Browards director of elections planning, Joseph DAlessandro, told the canvassing board the county actually turned in results to the state two minutes late. They wont count officially."

"Basically I just worked my ass off for nothing," DAlessandro said. "What caused it was my unfamiliarity with their website."

Since the office failed to submit them in time, the original results will stand.

The updated figures would've shown Republicans Scott and DeSantis picking up more than 700 votes (out of roughly 1,000,000 cast) in Broward County.

The discrepancy occurred because of "a commingling of ballots," conceded D'Alessandro, who added the Broward County Supervisor of Elections did not correctly handle those ballots.

The apparent victory also marks the first time in more than a century that the Sunshine State has two Republican senators representing them in Washington. The state is scheduled to certify results in the race on November 20.

BREAKING: Broward County's Brenda Snipes turns in her resignation!

Following heavy scrutiny over the election and recount process, Brenda Snipes has submitted her resignation as the Broward County supervisor of elections. Snipes' office submitted the results of a machine recount two minutes past the deadline and also lost over 2,000 ballots for the 2018 midterm.

Snipes has failed in her job as Broward elections supervisor for years now. Her debacle in the 2018 elections is only the latest example. Her departure from the job should have happened years ago. Better late than never.

From sun-sentinel.com

Just hours after finishing a tumultuous election recount on Sunday, Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes submitted her resignation.

It is true. She did send it, said Burnadette Norris-Weeks, an attorney who works as counsel to the Supervisor of Elections Office.

Evelyn Perez-Verdia, a former office spokeswoman who left several years ago, said Sunday evening she was told by people in the office that the letter was sent to Tallahassee earlier in the day.

Norris-Weeks said she saw an early draft of the letter. In the version she saw, she said Snipes, 75, expressed a desire to spend more time with her family.

The exact effective date of the resignation was unclear Sunday evening.

Snipes has been upset that people are pointing out her corruption and incompetence, so she's blaming "racism". With 2000 missing ballots, Snipes is either incompetent or crooked.
