Its time to build the Trump wall.

The Hill reported:

Republican senators have introduced legislation to fully fund President Trumps request of $25 billion for the U.S.-Mexico border wall.

The WALL Act would fully fund the border wall by closing existing loopholes that provide illegal immigrants with federal benefits and tax credits, without affecting the benefits and tax credits used by Americans, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said in a statement on Thursday.

To pay for the border wall, the Republicans propose to crack down on benefits for undocumented immigrants, including requiring that parents have a Social Security number to claim refundable tax credits, requiring any welfare applicants to prove they are a citizen and increasing minimum fines on individuals who cross the border illegally or overstay visas.

If you want to receive food stamps and other benefits, then you should prove your citizenship. If you cross the border illegally or overstay your visit to this country, then you should pay a stiff penalty, Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) added.

In addition to Kennedy and Cruz, the bill was introduced by Sens. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) and Mike Rounds (R-S.D.).

Yo,

I remember years ago, when the Cheech & Chong flicks were still very popular, seeing in the 2nd movie, Mexican illegals awaiting the arrival of immigration officers in South Cal somewhere, so they could get caught, & have free transport to a wedding in TJ...

Of course Cheech & Chong arrive back Stateside in a van made out of hashis lol !...

What's happened with the Super-highway ?...The one that runs from Mexico all through the US-of-A & into Canada ?...Wasn't it built by Spanish Contractors ?...I guess they'll need to include a tunnel or something in the wall...

Cheech and Chong were great. I had that album sized rolling paper came in "Big Bamboo" album (wish I still had it.) Anyway rolled a whole ounce of herb in that sucker. Took 6 of us 2 nights to finish it!

Wasn't that super highway the NAFTA thing?

Renegotiation of trade, tariffs, just plain keeping illegals out is how "Mexico" will pay for the wall. Hard concept to grasp since it's a bit abstract? Think married couples, you want sex? You're gonna pay somehow.
