Well the list is out, and it is somewhat shocking in some cases how some all American brands are now less American than the foreign brands building them here in the USA!

Hey PowerStroker,

How long have your Honda's been built in the US-of-A ?...I was wondering if it's a post-Fukushima event, as Suzuki's are being built for us here in Oz in India now.

I don't know, it's a 2015 CRV. I think they have been building them here for a while though.

I think all Civic models have and continue to be built in the USA. I am not a huge Honda fan, I did work for them for awhile and they make a solid product - but they are too conservative for even my taste... both in visual design ascetics and cubic inches.. but they are fun to drive on occasion and outside of the early 80s and 90s models they are somewhat reasonable to service. 

And unlike what you have heard, they do break down just like every other car on the road... Next to Mercedes-Benz, Honda has probably the second most rigorous maintenance service intervals that would break your typical owner anyway (for not being an exotic)...

It would appear the five door Civic is not made in the USA, but the two and four doors are...
