Apologies here. I guessed that most folks were up-to-speed on how the system works...eg.

* A scientist is employed by "some-one", typically allocated a government grant for study, & they go about their research.

* The same scientist, may well have a family & mortgage...eg, Major debt.

* Once the results are found & disclosed, the employer suggests to make a few changes, or the scientist loses their job & income.

* Some folks amend their reports, & gain continued employment, while others with their conscience in place, leave, & seek work independantly.

* The independent scientist from all-over-the-world, that rely on our support & donations to survive, are the ones that reveal the truth, & face constant scorn from the industry.
