I watched the debates last night on CNN and let me tell you, every one of them knows they are going to lose.

Bernie Sanders has to be the most grouchy old man in political history! Total shyster that man! And his arrogance dwarfs that of Trump, even though he is a career politician and hasn't done nothing!

Trump is going to win in 2020, and I know part two of the debates is here in Detroit tonight also, so I may pop in on that one to see how pathetic that crowd is...

The proposed tax-increases won't hurt anybody, but hopefully spread more available money around for the needy, & create more jobs through tax concessions where to save on tax-paid, the high-earning person is "guided" to invest in the local economy ( eg housing / new builds ) via tax concessions...

I earned great $$$ when I worked as an engineer at sea, averaging say 180-K salary per year. I was also taxed at about 54-cents in every dollar I earned, but I still managed to take home ( net ) well over 2-k each week, & that continued whilst I was on leave too.

I had more money than I could possibly spend in a week. Believe me, I tried to spend it all but couldn't.

These proposed taxes on Big Business won't hurt them. It will promote a pool of money to aid with your health-care, jobs & housing, & the rich will still stay very rich.

In fact its these MO-FO's that need to leave your country, as these folks are the ones that corrupt your politicians.

All through the US-of-A's political history, most of your elected Presidents have come from large sums of family money, where-by the elected official never ever had to work a day in their life if they chose not to. Instead, the go for the job of Presidency, & are often elected. eg.,Mr.Trump...How does this man know what it's about to struggle through life, & make ends meet ?...Mr.Eisenhower came from relative poverty on the other hand...

R2. Possible. But starting to tax the multi-billionaires at higher tax rates is a great way to start IMO. And then offering them tax concessions when they re-invest in the US-of-A makes logical sense, & WILL MAGA...

R3. We'll have to wait & see. Also, politicians who earn high wages without paying any tax need to be addressed too. ( Aussie politicians pay NO tax, & get plenty of perks ).

R4. I suggest keeping the tax-threshold where it is for those earning lesser incomes, of say 100-K per-year. Multi-billlionaire's can pay more, heaps more IMO.

R7. This is where TAX-INCENTIVES & CONCESSIONS for re-investment in the US-of-A would take hold, & these mo-fo's would then have to re-invest in the US-of-A, not over-seas, if they chose to. This is also where GOOD Government policy & law come into effect. But Corporations run your government.

I never once indicated how much to tax them...But for myself, as a "blue-collar" worker tried to indicate that even when I was taxed at 54-cents in-the-dollar, I still had more money than I could spend. I doubt very much that people who earn Billions of dollars a year would be affected if I wasn't. And affording these people tax concessions when they re-invest in the US-of-A offers a solution.

This is not about what you would do...this is about what the democrats running for POTUS will do...

NOT ONE OF THEM will discuss what all these programs will ACTUALLY COST...

You tax the super duper rich 100% and take all their existing wealth you can not fund government for a year in our current form...

Understand almost half those earning money in the US do not actually pay federal income taxes...

because of the earned income credit...The rest of us pay about 20%, democrats will take that to right about 60% which is triple what we currently pay...

you can not pay for the programs they are promising without taxing at such rates...not even close...
