It took me awhile to realize what was going on.. of course it took a hard course of making commitments to logically reduce my exposure to debt. I am not saying my previous plan was in any way less than reasonable, rather it hit home a lot harder because it was a several year plan that had to be changed. I am very angry and upset at what I am seeing from Trump and I am shocked that Democrats have not been equally as appalled with some on their side such a Pelosi and a few other conduits with strong behind the scenes upper crust interests.

That being said I still think Omar is a piece of shyte, and while I give Talib a local "motherfucker" pass at times, I don't like that her mother sows the seeds of resentment to our current President, regardless how much I may be unhappy with him at the moment. Since he is my President, I can speak poorly of him, but it don't sit right with me when outsiders do. What her mother said goes beyond speaking poorly of someone and actually wished ill of the President.

I'm keeping my eye on Biden, if only because I honestly feel in the depths of my heart that during a debate it's highly possible Biden might punch Trump at some point. I want Trump to have to work for it too! lol, I guess I am just as bad as Talib's Mom.. LOL

On a near daily basis the press reports that they believe it is time for the 2th Amendment to be used against President Donald Trump.

I am very disappointed to see Trumps selfless plugs for zero percent or even negative interest rates. As consumers WE will never see zero percent interest rates, barring promotional card offerings, but even then it's not to the degree that bankers and the 1% will enjoy. 

Should the interest rate hit zero percent banks would refinance EVERYTHING on their balance sheets - EVERYTHING, even the executives of these institutions would refinance to lock in that zero percent interest. 

By the time the dust settled, the consumer would still be paying traditional rates of 3.99-6.99% for the 30 year mortgage and 9.99-34.00% interest for credit cards depending on ones manufactured credit score.

All that being said, I don't see a real big win for people like you and I. 

Now you can "pretend" you're one of the 1% but absent a few bank charters, YOU AREN'T! 

As I work my ass off to pay down everything in an aggressive manner, putting aside any leisure time, this fat fuck is on the take non-stop raising the debt ceiling, creating more debt and passing it on to "we the people" without any real results!

I'd have to say the best economy that I have ever felt was the last year of Obama's term, and that is real talk with real results! I had good insurance, banks were loaning at reasonable rates and then along come Trump... Rates increased, lending stopped and my insurance is about to be ending, on top of that it would seem medicare and Social Security are also about to get the axe under Trump. So I really don't know where the hell you are coming from Haslefree? Thought Trump set aside a bunch of money for people in the hurricanes, how much of that money did you actually see?

If calling a spade a spade is wrong, I don't want to be right! I expect results, the same kind of timely results my lenders expect, and I want a return on my investment - just like the lenders.

With regards to loans, well a lot of people live debt free and on cash - you know why? Because no one would loan them anything anyway! Like I said, I don't flip-flop but I demand results! Trump, his Hotels and his Presidency are no exception! 

Back when I had problems with Trump International Hotel in Vegas I let them know about it and someone called me to apologize and explain that it could have never happened! LOL, totally Trump! LOL

And even now, being unable to re-structure business debt - it's clear to see Trump only cares about getting zero or negative interest for his 1% buddies! THAT IS IT! Screw everyone else! 

But that is okay, as you have already said there are endless profitable possibilities! I plan on paying things down so when Trump runs the economy into a full blown depression I can scoop up some business property for a song!

This is really very odd... If anyone took the time to look back on my post during Obama, or even Pre-Obama - they would see my positions have NEVER changed!
