Although I got to admit, the protesters bringing down an AutoZone automatically garners my respect! Can't even express the level of dissatisfaction with that company when I got arrested there trying to exchange a customers battery that was still under warranty!

Yet I did not resist... I had to spend YEARS fighting a trespass charge for simply waiting for the police! So don't for one minute say that I don't understand! 

It's really just amazing how much damage they did and how much merchandise they managed to clear out of Target! If you look at some of the videos that Target was bare! Have you seen some of the videos Rastus?

I doubt the burbs will see the same kind of destruction because local police if not the citizens of the burbs will shoot them, if the citizens in the city dont start picking them off first. I dont see how anyone in that community could think its a good idea to burn down their stores! They even took out a police station! This appeasement to where they feel lawlessness and vandalism is their right has got to stop! If anything such actions just solidify why police have to use such force.

When I first started this thread I titled it "Is Minnesota turning into a shithole" as sort of a zinger to you because I have always thought of Minnesota as a pretty decent place.. but sadly, now I feel it has always been a shithole because where could have all of these hooligans come from over night!? Fact of the matter is the liberal media has just been covering for Minnesota all this time, like the CNN reporter who tried to suggest the riots were no big deal as he stood in front of a burning building! I think that or another CNN reporter was arrested or at least taken into custody for such a flagrant lie!

People in the burbs as you call them will soon start seeing these people in YOUR local stores shopping as they no longer have anywhere else to shop! Once the public transportation opens up they will be in your burbs shopping and panhandling because their old community is pretty much desecrated. At one point I really did feel for the people there, but now it has become quite clear why such force (three cops on one guy) is needed! These people are for all intents and purposes LAWLESS and have absolutely no respect for anyone - including themselves! This is the Democrat way PowerStroker! It always has been! During Obama's tenure it seemed there were riots once a month, followed by public shootings and all sorts of civil unrest. When it comes out that this guy swallowed an eight ball of coke or heroin to conceal it from the Police and then died as a result it won't make any difference to you people. When the guy said he couldn't breath and that his stomach hurt it makes you wonder, why did his stomach hurt? Is it because his stomach acid was now processing a lethal dose of drugs that he consumed to avoid being caught with? That is just one of many oddities, the other being why did three police officers have to hold this man down if he wasn't resisting? The optics of a police officer with their knee on his neck are such that anyone would be sickened, myself included, but the actions of the citizens there are such that it's clear they are playing dirty hard-ball. They don't feel they should have to await justice, they want it now! And if they don't get instant justice - due process be damned, then they will just go around burning and looting everything and anything?

The officer that was seen taking a knee on Floyds neck was arrested today and charged with murder! So why the second round of riots, burning and looting? This is unacceptable behavior in a civilized society and two wrongs don't make a right. 

I think perhaps the REAL issue here PowerStroker is that you Minnesotans in the burbs (read that as the white people - or "yt" for slang), have oppressed these people! You're not paying enough taxes to allow them to live like you do! The problem is you white people need to give them more of your money so they can afford to have patience with the justice system! It happened back before this big internet boom in the late 1990's, the appeal that you see in Circuit Court took well over a year after the fact, actually closer to two IIRC. It was expunged and outside of that, I plead the 5th... I won the appeal in that case, but probably because I had to hire an attorney.. Would you like a link to the one about AutoZone?
