The only court that would have been qualified to look at this was the SCOTUS.

Having local State / Federal courts look at it was a serious conflict of interest considering half the country was suing.

SCOTUS is a federal court, the highest one. But for something to make it there it generally has to go through the normal Federal Circuit Court and then appellate courts first, unless they specifically agree to hear something before going through that process. In this case, it went through the circuit court, but by then even the conservative SCOTUS justices had already heard more than enough.

Just ignorning it was very poor form... if you ask me I think Democrats should stack the courts anyway! They clearly can not do the job and caused a lot of trouble because they couldn't be bothered. They got too big of heads, more members will be more heads thinking about something... usually it will result in better decisions. From the looks of that shit-eating-grin that Roberts wears regularly you can just tell only someone totally drunk on power could look that way all the time.

I recently served in Jury Duty a few weeks back, at the local Supreme Court, & surprisingly was picked to serve as a juror.

Anyhow, the system is what it is, & it's certainly not perfect...But I would suggest that the issues lay not with the courts themselves, but in the way that the evidence ( or lack there-of ) is presented.

I don't know what the courts are like down your way, but here you can't really talk much about your case - especially while it's on-going! Was yours a quick one day deal or did you have to go back a few days?

Here in our court system the Judge has a HUGE roll in what evidence you see and don't see. Defendants in criminal trials will literally get "mowed down" without a good attorney... the public defender will alway try and plead out, and there is a reason they are a public defender, because they aren't a good trial lawyer or still very new.

Civil cases are a little more lax, but can drag on for a long time too. Hope it didn't put you out too bad and you had some fun! Usually there are lots of hot chicks circulating thru the courts.

R1. 3 & 1/2 - days...And yes, we can't talk about it either...But since it's now finished, I dare say that it's OK to indicate that it was a case revolving around Facebook, Ice, & assault...We had to let the accused go free due to no proof of him entering the premises, where the claimed assault took place...

I was surprised that this event made it to Supreme Court, especially with the Police's lack of evidence of forced entry etc etc. If that could have been proved, it would have been guilty as charged on at least 3 of the 4 charges IMO.

R2. I'm not sure about how much power the Judge has on submitted evidence, but he does steer matters to relevant facts only on cross examination. Lawyers are great at creative writing, especially during cross-examination...I'm convinced that the defense-attorney in this case, would have been able to sell a fridge to an Eskimo given enough time.

R3. I didn't mind participating at all, the real surprise was being selected LOL ! There were a few nice looking ladies too :) !

It just feels like COVID is being kept relevant because there is still a lot of time until the next election... you read conflicting stories from the same news desk where one article says Delta is going away and then on the same page that it's getting worse. The only thing they seem united on is the fact that there will be more varients and the next ones will not only be worse, but also will be risistant to current and future vaccines! What this tells me is the timing is not just right for them to pull another scare campaign.

At the end of the day it's another sad state of affairs, everything is half assed... To have watched this mess unfold since early 2020 it's hard not to come to that conclusion. Thru my entire life I have been very sick at times, almost thought I wouldn't make it a hand full of times, or at least it felt that bad... knowing in the back of my mind that some people died of the flu on a regular basis was just as bad as the reality that we're all going to die one day from something or another.

But this has gotten VERY bad... trying to shame people into vaccinations, denying rights to people who otherwise don't have as much trust in the "science" which is being dictated by some conceded sawed off prick who wears over a pound of makeup every time they go on TV (Fauci) hoping the local bakery will one day make cupcakes with his face on them again... a real Cuomo kind of guy, who no doubt had a big hand in the NY chapter of COVID-Fauci.

No need for congratulations SELLC ! I wasn't making enough $$$ "working for the man" as a mechanic ( or musician ), so it became time to "get a hair-cut, & get a real job"...

I had no idea of the $$$ involved to be quite honest, but thought "what the hey, I'll train-up again, & see the world whilst I'm at it"...The main draw to the job was travel, & the time off, not the $$$...

I figured that with a regular income coming-in, I could also travel around the country again, possibly with a touring band, & set some young folks up with a working resume, & a circuit to pursue. With money for fuel to travel not being an issue ( I'd already earned this from working at sea ), I figured after a few years, the band could tour whilst paying for itself as a business, or going-concern if you like. I'd just be the one to kick-start & initially fund the deal until self sufficient.

But alas, TK shipping who'd sponsored my Engineering Cadetship, & owed me 2-years sea-service, couldn't honor their end-of-the contract, & released me from it in 2012...The reason being that they had NO ship to place me on...

When I'd started with TK in 2007, they had about 22 vessels operating in our waters...When I'd finished my cadetship in 2011, they had about 4-5 vessels left.

Months after people began sharing their stories online of experiencing abnormal menstruation following a COVID-19 vaccination, clinical research into a potential link is set to begin.

The National Institutes of Health announced this week that it awarded funding to five institutions to study whether the coronavirus vaccines are causing menstruation changes.

The one-year supplemental grants, totaling $1.67 million, were given to Boston University, Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins University, Michigan State University and Oregon Health and Science University, according to the NIH news release.

Medical experts say that abnormal periods following a COVID-19 vaccine are not a safety concern, a reason to skip out on getting vaccinated or a sign of infertility.

The studies plan to establish if there is a correlation between irregular menstruation and the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccines, and if so, why the change is occurring, according to Dr. Diana Bianchi, director of Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, a branch of the NIH funding the study.

While there has been no link established so far, Bianchi said that it is biologically feasible because of the way the shot generates an immune response in the body. She added that the scope of who may be experiencing abnormal menstruation following inoculation is not yet known.

The NIH-funded studies come after a survey centering on collecting anecdotal reports of peoples menstruation experiences following COVID-19 vaccinations garnered much attention on social media and among researchers. The survey, launched in April and led by Kathryn Clancy, an associate professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Katharine Lee, a postdoctoral research scholar at Washington University School of Medicine, has more than 150,000 respondents so far.

Clancy and Lee told the Tribune in April they created the survey because of their own experiences with abnormal menstruation after their inoculations. The survey is open to anyone over 18 who has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and either has had or has menstrual cycles.

Clancy recently tweeted that they applied for the NIH grant but were not awarded funding.

Bianchi said the the NIH put out the special notice to fund clinical studies after seeing online reports of people reporting irregular menstruation as well as observing a very clear cut gap in evidence.

Despite reports earlier this month that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had begun research into abnormal menstruation following vaccination, the institution is not conducting further research into the 1,589 incidents of menstrual irregularity that have been logged into its reporting system, according to Martha Sharan, a public affairs officer for the CDCs Vaccine Task Force.

At this time, CDC is not seeing any safety concerns that warrant additional surveillance of irregular menstrual symptoms reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, Sharan said in an email to the Tribune.

Sharan said the reports, recorded through the end of July, amount to a very small number, considering the more than 300 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines that have been administered.

Bianchi said that although the CDC numbers are low, the actual number of people experiencing abnormal periods after a vaccine shot may be much higher, because the system relies on people voluntarily responding to it.

I would bet that most people dont even know about it, Bianchi said.

The reports made to the CDC system are in line with the symptoms that have been discussed more widely online.

I was due for my menstruation cycle but when it came, I began to bleed heavily. This is not a norm for me my periods are usually light with spotting at the beginning of my cycle, one COVID-19 vaccine recipient reported to the CDC system. It was so heavy when it began on Friday that I bled through my pants.

I am in through menopause and have not had menstruation for 18 months. Within 72 hours of the vaccine I had light menstruation that lasted for 24 hours, another person reported.

The NIH-funded studies will be prospective, Bianchi said. They will include a control group and monitor potential menstruation changes in people who have not been vaccinated yet after they receive a COVID-19 vaccine. One issue with the existing information surrounding COVID-19 vaccines and irregular periods is that all of it has been retrospective, she said.

The lack of information available about the potential period changes prior to when vaccinations began to be administered to the general public contributed to a fear that didnt need to be there, said Nicole Woitowich, a research assistant professor at Northwestern Universitys Feinberg School of Medicine, who added that it also led to a gap of mistrust.

I think what really troubled people was that they were totally taken by surprise because they werent warned that they would have the most painful period of their lifetime, for example, Bianchi said.

Bianchi and Woitowich said the lack of information has also fed into fears surrounding infertility. The COVID-19 vaccine has been proven to be safe for pregnant people, according to the CDC. Earlier this month the CDC urged pregnant people to get vaccinated.

The combination of these factors has likely led to increased vaccine hesitancy, Woitowich said.

The myth compounded with the misinformation surrounding infertility, I think thats a double whammy and really may prevent some people from getting vaccinated, she said.

Bianchi said that the reason there likely wasnt a study of the vaccines effect on menstruation during the initial trials last fall was because it was an emergency situation in which they were only looking for major complications. But she added, it really wouldnt be that hard to add a few questions specifically focusing on womens health.

For Woitowich, the lack of consideration of health issues that pertain to women and people who menstruate in the vaccine trials was likely also due to the historically male-dominated culture of biomedical research.

Perhaps people think that just womens menstrual cycles are not a big concern, Woitowich said. These issues are exacerbated when it comes to people who are gender-nonconforming, she added.

In the comments of the Twitter thread in February that set Clancy and Lees survey in motion, some of the people who were discussing their experiences with abnormal periods identified as transgender or nonbinary.

People who are of gender minorities have their own social determinants of health that are again not being considered when were not taking gender into account as a variable in research studies, Woitowich said. So were harming those individuals by not accurately considering the influence of gender on health and disease.

You're not even allowed to know what varient of COVID you have here in the USA (supporting link listed in this thread). So you can bet we will never really know what is in the vaccine.

Radiation, which not only comes from nukes but also cell towers, home wi-fi, cellular phones, smart tv's and appliances and many other things are also actively at play and constantly hooked to a source of power that YOU pay for. This is in addition to the other kinds of radiation from nukes that in high enough exposure rates will kill you in quick order.

The very idea that the medical community (Fauci to some) now has the arrogance to suggest that they can cheat death is the main red flag... are Doctors and scientest now saying that they are no longer "practicing" but are in fact going to forego that liability protection that such a "practice" affords them? I doubt it... Any mandates aught to be illegal since I can't control if other people get pumped full of this stuff, and I have to stand next to them in the store and eat food that they have prepared for me. If their vaccine is working then that should be all that matters, because anything less just means they can't say with 100% certainly that it does! Getting THREE shots in a year is just outragous! If a human NEEDS three shots a year to live in this world today then perhaps Rastus is right about some new-yet-undisclosed threat.

I don't doubt any virus could kill someone! Thru my years on this planet I have had quite a few really strong ones! Ones that made me wonder if I was going to pull thru! It's scary! AIDS is really difficult to cure because it mutates rapidly inside each individual, so a one size fits all cure is unlikely for that one. Moderna has begun working on a mrna HIV vaccine though. I'm a big "Proof of Work" fan... I'd prefer a cure over a vaccine... to say you can prevent something without being able to stop it after the fact is really some creative thinking on your part PowerStroker!

And even if there was a "pill" form I'd have serious doubts about its effectiveness if it could not cure the problem after the fact!

Sort of like how penicillin cures infections, insulin lowers blood sugar, and things like that.

Regardless, death will still occour eventually as sometimes it's beyond what can be treated, which means they still don't know. For this reason I think maybe Doctors are worthy of the label "Practicing" but lawyers?

For my part, yes, I'll hold on to the freedoms that are left.

There is way-too-much doubt over all of this Covid stuff...Off the top of my head looking back...

* Neil Furgeson & his announcement of "x" amount of likely deaths, & then his redaction of this statement, along with the 25-times admitted error in his assessment.
* The nuke industry is involved with the vaccine.
* Too many reports about after-effects from some vaccines.
* The testing mechanism has been proven time & time again of false results.
* There is no official proof that any virus exists.
* Knowing what our government gets up to, means I have ZERO faith in anything that they have to say.

Yes, some folks for various reasons may say that I'm a bit loopey too, but I assure y'all I am not a "bull-shyte-artist"...So when I write to you here stating that ET's are here, they're real, they're friendly, & they want us to get-back-on-track & become a multi-galactical-society with many other ET peoples, ask yourself why aren't we being told these facts ?...And the answer is quite simply that the people-in-power will lose their power over the earth, & it's people, & have to start treating everyone as equals, & start taking care of the planet too.

Some people I know say they have caught COVID recently, and while I haven't been in personal contact with them it's clear the virus is making it's rounds. I've known quite a few others to get it and thankfully they have pulled thru.

One of the people I know was fully vaccinated, the other one I don't know.

Nothing worse than getting sick, unless it's the Government and Fauci making it worse with their scare campaign. Now when someone gets the flu they will assume it's COVID, although one of the two that I know actually had a test done at the local pharmacy and it was confirmed.

I have no doubts that I have had it a few times and I am sure I will probably have it a few more times!

Being self employed and the sole-bill-payer I am used to working thru all but the worst sickness... at least at some capacity. But this one is weird in that it just zaps your energy and I'd imagine if you didn't get rest it could get bad. I guess like any other bad cold or flu virus you are stuck in bed for the worst of it, pulling out feels like a miracle but sometimes that can be weeks or longer to start feeling back at normal capacity.

Yes, this is true, but only if you choose to pay a "reasonable" fee....I'd suggest that if you're prepared to fork-out massive amounts of cash, you'd almost get over-night delivery ....
