It would seem that with Russia's most recent thurst for Ukraine that Putin is going to start a war.
Should this happen, would Biden then have "War Powers"?
You know, in times of war, "War Powers" are absolute. Sure, things can be debated and hashed out in court afterwards, but while in effect, Biden would be carrying a BIG STICK.
If there was to be a war, there would be no left and right... there would be us and them.
But how does that work? If Russia invades Ukraine, are we at war? Or are we just on the sidelines arm chair quarterbacking it?

Only Congress can declare war. The president has immediate control of the military and can do some things on his own, but anything that requires spending money above what has already been allocated for the milatary (war) would have to go through Congress.
I don't know why the media is giving President Biden such a hard time about Russia/Ukraine!
He literally called this over a month ago! And indeed Russia has now invaded by sending in troops to East Ukraine! THAT IS AN INVASION! I don't care what mubo-jumbo Putin is using to justify it!
Truth is Putin has been blowing smoke up everyones ass the past several weeks, EXCEPT for President Biden!
I also see the media saying that President Biden is giving Russia the green light to invade Ukraine, for stating up front that the USA will not fight Ukraines war... And I 100% agree with Biden! We should not be fighting Ukraine's war because half the people in Ukraine are Russian! I agree we should shore up security around our allies to ensure there is no spill-over, but it boils down to the fact that Russia would love nothing more than for the USA to fight a pointless battle for Ukraine on their turf... Half the people of Ukraine don't want to be American any more than they want to be Russian! So it's now up to them to fight for that independence! Got nothing to do with Biden!
I'll be honest, I don't see Biden sucking Putin or Xi's dick like Trump did regularly!
I think so far Biden has done a great job and been on top of Putin's games from the jump! This may change over time, but for now I think the media is fucking nuts! Biden has taken no shit from Putin!

Guess they are getting shut out of the banking system... Germany is cutting off the Nord Stream 2 and the alliance is circling the wagons!
I hope Putin likes the taste of salty little Chinese nuts because that's all he's gonna be able to access in terms of trade... and even then, China seems to be showing cracks and their big-time developers bouncing checks!
Hope the Ukrainian's can hold out until the people of Russia are fed up with the costs... No doubt China is enabling Russia to test the waters for their invasion of Taiwan.

Weapons of mass destruction dictate who rules the world & has the final say on matters..After Fukushima, a lot of countries in Europe wanted to disban their nuke-plants & arsenals, namely France & Germany...At this point-in-time, France has reconsidered & reinstated nukes, but Germany refuses their placement on German soil, due to growing health issues, namely escalating cancer rates...
The point is, this reasoning upset the Nuclear cartel, & NATO, so Mr.Trumpdt's brief was to simply say "No nukes, no NATO" to the Europeans...
Mr.Putin is simply stirring the shyte-pot on this issue, because he can, & it's likely that the Nuke industry asked him to, since it's very-much a dying industry...
It's not as though he's invaded Poland or Germany...He's apparently relieving tensions in 2 x counties of Ukraine that aren't towing-the-line lol !
All this simply allows the media to focus on those with the "big-dicks, to show-off & play with their big-dicks", so that the populations are maintained in fear, & happily fund ever growing DoD budgets ( where trillions every year are not accounted for in the US-of-A, & nothing is done about it )...
The real point of concern is the likely "Man-made, false-flag, UFO invasion"...

*The War Powers Resolution is a series of barriers that Congress erected in the wake of the failed Vietnam War, to defend the Constitutionally Mandated role of Congress, in deciding when the US-of-A will use Military Force, if the US-of-A has not been attacked.
The "outer wall" of this act is section 2(c), which affirms that if the US-of-A has not been attacked, The President must receive Congressional authorization to use force.
