I was pretty happy with everything Biden said tonight! Sure, he had his usual stumbles, but he really pulled it in for the ending!
At no point during the entire State of the Union did I get the impression that Biden was one bit worried about Russia! In fact he was laser focused on AMERICA!

I liked Biden's speach too. He doesn't have the soaring ability to speak that Obama had, but he touched on a lot of the issues I've been thinking about lately.
Rastus, I did address the Desantis issue in another thread, I said "Republicans better find a DeSantis kind of guy, but one who is likable on a national level! That's all I can say!"
I like the fact that he stood up to mask laws and shutdowns, but he's going to need more than that to win my vote for President... Still a better choice than Trump if you ask me.
Biden did touch on a lot of good issues... If he had gotten up there and gave a flawless speech I would have wondered if it was really Biden... He gets in his grooves but never denies us the face palm of a gaffe or two...
For a guy his age, with as much as he has on his plate right now I'd say it was a spectaular speach. I felt inspired at the conclusion.
He also worked the room very well at the end... still plenty of energy!

I hate to admit it but Biden does have a point. Since the left turned us into a shithole country we have no where else to go but up. We need to Make America Great Again.
I'm just shocked that the soft-serve machine was working when Biden visited! It's always broken down when I ask for an ice-cream!
With regards to DeSantis, I have seen him speak in public... he's not exactly what I'd call "charismatic"... That's not to say I don't admire and respect his strength in keeping his State of Florida open during the pandemic.
