The floods have been going for a number of days now, & Shawnee's posted a few times in here & mentioned little...

He's probably got his boat moored right next to the house, just-in-case... !

We be fine. Lots of rains but I'm up higher than most. Flooding was more East KY.

Rastus, yes! Actually on a trailer and yesterday thought I'd unhook the tie downs and drop the anchor.

I'm just shocked that many people were carried away in floods! That is just some really bad luck!

Glad you live in the highlands, but I'd keep that boat close either way!

Are things getting back to normal there? Or are the flood waters still standing?

There's been claims of "sink-holes" appearing out-of-nowhere in South America.

Our little planet is very-much alive & well, but not too happy with the way we treat her...Much needed respect & TLC is needed.

Big changes coming soon.

Yeah and the area is poor people. It's still very wet, water in low places. 8 weeks draught then 2 weeks monsoon. Grass went nuts. Took 3 days to mow it and skipped yesterday needs it again! Mow about 5-6 acres.
