Seriously though... nothing more juicy than the State Supreme Court of Colorado ruling that Trump cannot be on their ballot for crimes he has not yet been convicted of!

Now California and a few other states are trying to do the same thing! You have to admit, this is not a good look! It really looks like Democrat states have literally gone off the rails to interfere with the upcoming election! From New York to Georgia -- and now Colorado!

Former Attorney General Ed Meese has presented arguments to the Supreme Court that they should reject Special Counsel Jack Smiths requests because he was unconstitutionally appointed in the first place.

Meese, along with law professors Steven G. Calabresi and Gary S. Lawson, filed a friend-of-the-court brief Wednesday to present the case that Attorney General Merrick Garlands appointment of Smith a private citizen is in violation of the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.

"Not clothed in the authority of the federal government, Smith is a modern example of the naked emperor," the brief states.

"Improperly appointed, he has no more authority to represent the United States in this Court than Bryce Harper, Taylor Swift, or Jeff Bezos," they argued.

Jack Smith started working as a lawyer for the US government in 1999. He has served in a nonpartisan manner under administrations of both parties (including throughout the Trump administration btw). The Attorney General was confirmed by the Senate, and can appoint whomever he wants to be a special counsel. Jack Smith is one of the more qualified and experienced prosecutors available, so it was a good choice.

But, if you don't like Jack Smith, he can be replaced by any of several hundred other career prosecutors and it will make little difference. Honestly I'm not sure what he did that's so upsetting to you. If this is about asking the Supreme Court to rule on presidential immunity... Don't you think it's in the public interest to have an answer on that sooner than later? And if Trump's lawyers actually believe such immunity exists, shouldn't they be thrilled about having the Supreme Court assert it sooner than later?

You never know, the current make up of the SCOTUS might actually go along with such nonsense and cancel all 90+ criminal prosecutions of Trump. Wouldn't that be a happy day for you? Don't you want such happiness sooner? It would sure save the taxpayers a lot of money if we just declared Trump to be emperor for life and immune from any responsibility ever. Too bad Nixon didn't figure it out.

It would seem the prosecutor in Trump's Georgia RICO case (Fani Willis) has been found to be less than professional, and as such the case may fall apart. Seeing that woman on the stand -- the things that she said, her attitude and how the courts even allowed her to carry on like that while being questioned on the stand just shows the level of corruption and double standard that Trump, and pretty much ANYONE would get in that court! I'd like to say it's shocking except I have seen this type of court with my own eyes.

Then we have the New York Judge Engoron, who just gave Trump a $330+ MILLION fine without any Jury! Without any Jury he also banned Trump from doing business in NYC for THREE YEARS! That is just crazy considering you can tell this Judge had it out for Trump since DAY ONE! Furthermore, the Judge seems to enjoy the media and fame! I wonder how much he will enjoy the fame when a higher court overturns his verdict on appeal?

I will say, whoever was on Trumps PR team that thought a pair of gold sneakers with American flag high tops was a good idea should maybe be moved to his retail department FAR-FAR detached from Trump... Trump has marketed a great many things in his life, but these shoes? C'mon! Hey Donald, Kanye West called and he want's his shoes back!

I have been thru what Trump is going thru right now, I've even written about it in here! Sure, it's nothing as serious as what Trump is facing, but the fact is this man was squeaky clean prior to becoming President! Add in the fact that EVERYWHERE he is being persecuted is a DEEP BLUE STATE, with DEEP BLUE Courts, Prosecutors and Jury Pool and my mind is made up... I have to back Trump up because at this point Democrats are trying to attack and paint half the country out to be bad guys just so they steal another election.

I'm not saying Trump is no angel, but he's an ex-President -- and until ALL the ex-Presidents (INCLUDING DEMOCRATS) are treated this way, then I can't help but to feel ALL of these cases are 100% political!

No need for popcorn... you can pretty much put a fork in it! This paticular case pretty much will not see the light of day in court until AFTER the election.

Everything else you mentioned were things that could have been brought up by congress for impeachment while Trump was a sitting President -- which is the only proper way to prosecute a sitting President... but you Democrats faild at that TWICE -- for other sham trumped up charges that you didn't even mention!

The fact is, you people are so damn crazed about Trump you can't even see straight -- or you would know the American public have watched Democrats try and unfairly prosecute Trump since he came down that elevator!

Prior to Biden, Presidential immunity was a known perk of the job -- or Obama and just about any sitting President would have been impeached!

Due to politics congress is the ONLY place a sitting President could be fairly brought up on charges -- and even then congress would only pave the way for said charges to be heard in a court of law... this is imperative for the functioning of our Government and should only be afforded to sitting Presidents or they would literally spend their entire terms in court! This is true for both Republicans and Democrats.

No President has ever claimed a need for blanket immunity prior to Trump because it was always something that was just known and respected! It wasn't until Trump and all the MANY-MANY attempts to take him down from within that people needed a reminder that being POTUS is the most powerful position in the nation -- if not the world! SCOTUS just needed to remind everyone with this most recent ruling! It has ALWAYS been the case! But it's not forever -- it's only for four years with a max of two terms, and both require the vote of the people. What that tells me about Trump is that Democrats do not like him -- even some Republicans don't like him! That is because he didn't spend his whole life in politics! If you ask me, these lifetime politicians trying to cling to power until the grave are worse! RBG, Dianne Feinstein, and now Biden! Used to be politicians would do the right thing and step asside for the good of the country when their health started to impact their jobs! In the private sector you don't see this happening because it's not tolerated! But in politics it's different.

Democrats have been after Trump since he come down that elevator. They see him as an outsider from the private sector. That should not have mattered once he was elected -- but no time in the entire history of our country have our politicians been so dirty as they have been with Trump.

Everyone knows Democrats are just using this as a football -- all the while every ex President regardless of political affiliation is exhaling a sigh of relief right now.

The job as POTUS is not static! It is very much dynamic! Being able to keep your finger on the pulse of the world requires a lot of mental capacity, and while Biden does have the luxury of his family that is giving full support to him right now -- these people are not the people that Americans elected to be POTUS... but again, it does not matter! Biden can run and do whatever the hell he likes providing he gets the votes in November! But honestly a lot of insiders are worried that he's going to have a hard time making it that long -- and everyone else is wondering if insiders have concerns about him making it 5 months, then how the hell is he going to pull off another 4 years?

Trump is not an Emperor! Yes, he comes off like he think's he is -- but I think he knows his, or any President's crown for that matter -- is four years.

But a lot can happen between now and November! From what I seen the other night, well... I don't want to vote for Kamala! And that is what I think anyone voting for Biden will be doing. Sorry, you're welcome to sit down and try to change my mind.
