I'll be honest, anymore it's hard for me to trust anything I see on the internet or the news -- regardless what desk it comes from.
Rastus seems to want to blame the USA -- but the truth is this stuff is a global business now! I'd imagine it always has been, but I just doubt it could have ever been to this degree since the internet rolled around. Seems like in days past you got your news in daily installments -- for example at certian times of the day and week on TV, or in the morning in the form of a news paper. But now it's an always on machine that technically never sleeps because it's world-wide -- but INSTANT. Not only that just about everyone who is anyone has a cell phone with a camera -- and there is no shortage of social media and web forums -- not to mention the big news desks themselves!
I know it's just ramping up with this being an election year -- and part of me want's to just block it all out like before when the COVID scare was getting circulated online... I actually succeeded, but shortly after they shut down the whole damn country and forced it down my throat... so I don't want to see that happen again. I think it's important to stay abrest of current events and people, but damn! Most of this crap don't even make sense anymore -- and that is just the way they seem to want it.
