Yo,

This tool just arrived with me after a full 3 & 1/2 month wait from Poland via e-bay...And to say I'm happy is a massive understatement after ordering it in late August lol !!!

In the past, I'd been buying my Pirelli's delivered from a warehouse, & then when needed, removing my own wheels from the GSXR-1300, & taking them & the new tires for fitting at the local bike-shop, since the low-profile tyres are not easily fitted-up from home, though removal is easy. The bike-shops used to only charge me $10:00 per wheel for fitment, so it was easy & economical to have them fit the new tires up on the tyre machine, ensuring professional fitting with no hick-ups or damage etc etc...But since Corona VIrus Disease 2019, the prices for fitting have jumped from a regular service fee, to you now paying an hourly-rate fee, where they want around $40:00 per wheel for fitting-up, with no balancing or any other service...Needless to say, I had to find my own way of fitting these tires-up, but without the old-school method of levers etc etc. ( On the mainland when I used to be part of a Race Team, we'd fit the tires up ourselves, usually after pre-heating with tire-warmers first, & there was always an extra pair-of-hands to help, plus ambient outside temperatures were always higher than 20-deg-C, so they went on easily, not-so-here in Tasmania )...

Anyway, there are a few tire-fitting-machines available for purchase, especially State-side, but NONE available for sale here in Australia, even after much time searching over the net via e-bay, Amazon or other markets, including motorcycle after market parts suppliers.. They'd always say "This item is not available for delivery to Australia" or similar, no bullshyte...

Anyhow, this tire machine from "Oldmaxmotors" luckily popped-up one day, & was available for purchase on e-bay, for roughly the same price as a new pair-of-tires, with the only hick-up being an unknown delivery time, but an estimated 2-month wait, as postage was by sea, via a ship from Poland...Add in a few wars going on, & I knew I was taking a chance, especially when the tracking number was made obsolete by AusPost after the estimated delivery time expired...Hmmm...

Well I'm glad to say it's here, & I'm very pleased to say the least...I don't need to change my tires for likely another few months at least, & my rubbish bins are 3/4's full at the moment, meaning I can't full unpack the machine for photo's just yet, as I have no-where to throw the packaging away lol, so here's a quick video for you to watch & enjoy, & learn why this baby is the ants-pants, & why I'm so happy I can give-the-bird to the greedy mo-fo motorcycle work-shops yo !
