Today we called in to inquire about the myth of a hydro-suspension pump seal kit offered from Mercedes. Seems that both the rookie counter guy and his manager are both unaware of a hydraulic system being used for the rear suspension. Further they are trying to state as fact that there is no seal kit offered by Mercedes-Benz.

Funny though that the guys working the counter over there at Mercedes-Benz in Novi are so lacking in first hand knowledge of such a fine automobile!
